If you want your classic audio system repaired by a pro, Fred is the way to go. He and Jimmy will take good care of it. Jimmy will also call you or send you a text with an update, if need be. Fred is a friendly guy and has a sense of humor. If you don't have a sense of humor you probably won't get his. Please make yourself aware of their hours -for- customer appointments. Keeping it simple: they are busy because they know what they are doing. I saw first hand the inventory of stereo units that are being repaired and on deck for repair. I am a business owner myself, the customer is so important, but it is important that the customer trust the business owner they are hiring. My CD player was fixed on time and works perfectly now.
