This is the best appliance repair company! Their technicians are usually available same day (if not then the next day), arrive in the scheduled time, very professional and very skilled. For a lot of repairs they have the parts with them if not they will order and it only takes a few days. In our home they have repaired the range burner, microwave, refrigerator, and the washing machine so far. This company is dishonest and does not honor their warranty. I called them to fix a fridge that wasn't cooling. They sent someone out who said it was fixed and changed me $250. The receipt said there was a 90 day warranty. 3 weeks later, same problem! When I called back Barbara said they would take care of it with no additional charge. When the tech looked at it he said it was a "different problem" and I had to pay an additional $250.00 He knew it would be easy to take advantage of a woman. Called a technician out to get an estimate on a repair as our washing machine was looking with water after use. The technician came out, said it needed some valve replaced and that it would be 500 dollars for the repair. 250 was for the valve, the other 250 for labor. We decided to do some research before the going ahead with the repair. After he left our washing machine wouldn't even turn on. I called the. Back and asked them to take a look to see if they could get it back to the condition it was in before they came so we could at least continue to do laundry. They flat out refused unless I paid for the 500 dollar repair. I did some research and found the manufacturer part for 40 dollars. This place is a scam, they broke my machine completely so we would be forced to get it repair. read more

After speaking with the office about the problems I was having with one of their techs--which they were unaware of--they sent out a different tech who found the first guy misdiagnosed the problem. The second guy fixed the problem in a short time and got the oven back up and running. Given the first guy rated a 1-Star, at best, and the 2nd guy was certainly 5-Star quality, that averages out to a 3-Star rating if my math is correct. I was not charged for the misdiagnosed part, nor the multiple trips the first guy made. Would I hire them again? Maybe, but I'd make sure they sent out a technician who knew what they were doing from the start. read more

I called A+Appliance to check my washer. Pavel came right as expected. He fixed my washer. Need to replace suspension rods. I washed 3 loads. I called Pavel again. He adjusted something. I washed 2 loads, same problem Pavel came a 3 time (3 time is a charm) No it wasn't! The problem is on the computer. Pavel said it will be too expensive to repair. They will be sending me a check back for the initial repair. I have to recommend Pavel a 100% He is very polite and trustworthy. My husband and I had a really good experience with Pavel from A+ Appliance Repair. A few weeks ago, we had a washing machine that was leaking water from underneath. We were pleasantly surprised that Pavel was able to come out the next day, diagnose the problem, order the part and be back by the end of the week to fix the washing machine. He was professional, courteous, hardworking, and got right to the root of the problem. Since then, we now have a dryer that is making squeaking noises. We again called A+ Appliance Repair and Pavel will be out tomorrow to diagnose this latest issue with the dryer. We are crossing our fingers and hope he can work his magic once again!! I don't add a review very often, but when I feel the work deserves it I do. Yelp is very helpful to find a company to do the work professionally. Yuriy came out and diagnosed the issue with our refrigerator pretty quickly. The fridge was freezing everything. He Ordered the part and came out as soon as the part was available. Secondary the ice machine stopped working right after he left. So my skepticism made me think "what did he do?" So when Yuriy returned I was waiting for him to tell me he needed to repair the ice machine as well. I looked on YouTube to see what I could do to fix the ice machine. I was ready to buy the valve and replace it. But Yuriy advised us that he was 99% sure that the reason that the ice machine didn't work was because of the initial issue. That probably the water filter located in the fridge was frozen. To give it a couple of days to regulate the temp in the fridge and see if that cured the ice machine issue. I'll be damned if that wasn't the problem. Thank you Yuriy for not trying to squeeze a few more bucks out of us. read more

It died again before he could get out the driveway. After his third visit with waited-for parts, he gave up and said he couldn't fix it. If I could give them a 0 star, I would. I asked them to come out to give an estimate on my fridge. It was making ice but not dispensing. To give an estimate costs $49.95. A technician named "Pavel" came while I was at work and my aunt was home. He told her it would be $450 because the ice maker wasn't making ice!!! My ice maker has been and was making ice, I even filled my jug with ice that same day before work! I just checked it out myself and found that "Pavel" had left the electrical connector disconnected inside the ice maker. Total crooks! DO NOT USE THIS BUISNESS. They are dishonest. I ordered the dispensing unit on Amazon and fixed the issue myself for less than $90. Beware! They seem to have tried to take advantage of my elderly aunt. read more

I have used A+ Appliance several times in the last decade or so and can't recommend them enough! I've had the elder Yuri come and fix my washer, dryer, and my prior refrigerator. He was always prompt, courteous, and efficient. When I woke up last week to my current fridge being room temperature, they sent the younger Yuri to give me an estimate. The problem was the compressor, and plans were made to replace it within a few days. Due to a miscommunication, it ended up being several more days before BOTH Yuri's arrived bright and early this AM for what was expected to be a 3-hour, $1500 repair. The gentlemen were prepared with all the right parts and equipment and got right to work. Sadly, they encountered additional issues that made repairs cost prohibitive and suggested we buy a new refrigerator. They were so kind and sympathetic and DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME! They are honest and hardworking, and I won't hesitate to call them again when this NEW fridge eventually goes on the fritz! (PS...NEVER buying an LG product again!) read more

Okay, they only left a few hours ago, so this might be updated if things turn south. Washing machine died yesterday. Set up an appointment for this morning via their website. They do make it clear the appointment is not confirmed until you receive a call. I made sure my phone was nearby this morning and received a call around 7:45. She was very polite, but made me aware that often the site will overbook appointments (hence the phone call confirmation). She informed me they had a last minute cancellation and the tech could make the scheduled time frame. Not sure I bought the cancellation story, but hey, guy would be here before 10 so no big deal. I sense they say that to every online appointment, but again, no biggie. Tech arrived and within ten minutes had pinpointed the issue. Yes, the repair was a little higher than I hoped, but in the long run it was worth it. He gave me a yelp discount which brought it closer to my desired repair cost. Overall, my machine was back up and running in about half an hour. Based on that, I would totally use them again. They offer a 90 day warranty as well. Tech was professional, polite, and efficient. Beware!! I had A+ Appliance come and look at my broken dishwasher. They said my circuit board need to be replaced which is correct. However, they wanted to charge me more than double for the part. I looked up the part price and found it at Sears for $93 but they wanted to charge me $200 for the same part. They said they don't price match for amazon or Craig's list well I didn't look up the part on those sites. I did fix my dishwasher for the lesser price and it has worked beautifully for the last 4 months. read more

I appreciate A+ appliance repair and was lucky to discover them. I called today after the other Appliance company I was working with since Christmas abruptly closed up shop TODAY in CA. I had to scramble to find another repair service. Yuriy from A+ came out today and told me the oven was ok. This was after the other company told me I needed a thermostat after fixing the igniter. Communication with A+ was excellent, the technician was on time and knew what he was doing. I will definitely use A+ again and would recommend them as well. My washing machine was off balance. Yuri came out and told me I had an issue w some brackets and it would cost $200 or so to repair. He said we could try and rebalance for now and that did the trick.
