Electra is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Try to get there Sunday morning when they have homemade corn beef hash. Dinners are also great, and for a lunch this place is superb. We absolutely LOVE Electra's! We eat there frequently, and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh, and the staff are friendly, knowledgable and prompt. Their bbq bacon cheeseburgers are absolutely amazing. Probably the best burger I've had, in fact. The meat was fresh and of high quality, cooked perfectly, and everything just blended together very well. I had my burger with greens on the side. My only issue is that they do not offer fries or other traditional burger pairings with the burger. I would have enjoyed fries more than a salad but eh, what can you do? I have also tried a sample of their cajun alfredo, it was pretty tasty with a small kick of cajun flavoring. I did not try the salmon and potatoes but they looked divine. Our waitress was also very nice. Overall a very nice little place most people will overlook on their way to the highway. It's definitely worth trying out! read more

We were the first to arrive on a Sat morning. They were friendly and the coffee was hot. It took 15 minutes to get our omelets, but they were worth the wait! They were fresh, hot and delicious. The roasted potatoes that came with them were also delicious. I would definitely recommend this little place for a great breakfast stop. read more

I returned to Electra's on my most recent visit to The Berkshires and was delighted. As I suggested in my original review, they have added full table service. They have also expanded their hours and their menu, and from what I could see they are doing very well. I was there in early September, after the summer tourist season but before the foliage turned, and the place was still busy. The homemade corned beef hash was delicious. We were stuck finding a place to eat on a Saturday afternoon ~3pm in Lenox (off-season). The place we had chosen was closed as were most others. Electra's was a 2nd choice but we couldn't have been more pleased! The butternut soup was delicious, spanakopita as good as any I've had, the wait staff was friendly and accommodating for a late afternoon party of 8. And to boot the price was quite reasonable ! Tucked away and inconspicuous, but the crowds give it away as a great place. The gyro used thinly sliced lamb instead of the commercial lamb "loaf" that everyone else seems to use. The prices are good and the staff is very friendly. read more

We ordered two of their Chicken Souvlaki Greek Salads for dinner to go and while we enjoy the flavor of the food. We were disappointed about the portion size and cost. 4-5 small chucks of chicken on each salad and the salad portion was average at best for $30.00. A rather long wait for bland, under seasoned gyro, soggy home fries (no french fries on menu!), and a lettuce-only salad with extremely salty dressing. This was awesome! Definitely not just a cafe- we went for dinner and were totally satisfied. Brianna, our waitress, was so helpful, cheerful, and efficient. I had the spanakopita, which was very salty but full of flavor, served with a very complimentary fruit arrangement and of course a glass of moscato. The fruit was all perfectly ripe! He had the BBQ bacon burger with roasted potatoes and a blackberry soda and devoured the whole thing. We also shared a cookie with a brownie in the middle that was quite tasty. Great gyros and very friendly staff! They're extremely accommodating as well. My boyfriend wanted an omelette but we arrived after they stopped serving breakfast. However, our waiter checked with the kitchen and they said they didn't have a problem making an omelette for him. Food is delicious and very reasonably priced. read more
