From the time we walked through the front door, it became abundantly clear that most of the employees don't care. On this particular visit, we received some horrible customer service, as the staff acted as if we where the problem. Needless to say, between the staff rudeness and them not having what we were looking for.

I happened to be up in Kennesaw visiting a botanical garden and was in search of alfalfa meal for my roses. HD and Lowe's do NOT typically carry this. There's always Amazon, but since this Tractor Supply was near by, I made a quick stop and found Dr. Earth's organic fertilizer for my roses :). Instant gratification without spending an hour at a supersized store! This store was well organized with animal feed in the back and garden items on the right side. ++ Price was reasonable! +++ Service was GREAT! I was greeted at the entry, a nice woman helped me within 5 minutes, the line was short and the cashier was friendly and funny! ++ Parking is a private lot in front of the store. Easy and quick walk to the entrance. Overall, this TS was a convenient clean and friendly stop! Common sense is used here ;)

One guy who works in the store is extremely helpful, and if I knew his name, I'd put in the review…read more He went to the back twice to find what I needed or helped me find it on the shelf. One young lady in the store just told me "isle one" and walked off. I knew the item wasn't on isle one because I looked before asking. I was hoping they could have looked in back for me, but that was a "no go." At checkout with the same young lady who was unwilling to help find an item, I walked up with the coupon book in my hand. I bought two impact wrenches both on sale. One impact wrench coupon was on the front of the book so she scanned it. Then totaled my order, and it came to $256. I told her they were both on sale. She told me I only had a coupon for one item. I told her the other impact wrench was on sale for $119 and the coupon is in the book. After flipping through a dozen pages, she scans the coupon and my total was $203. Now I was wrong for not cutting the coupons and handing them to her, but I wasn't thinking until it came to the total. All I'm saying is; you better have your coupons cut and ready to scan at checkout and not assume they will tell you anything about a sale. Personally, I don't buy anything regular price in this store. It's either free, on sale or a coupon.

The lumber section of the store is in a back corner, and isn't a very large area. While I was selecting my piece of wood, several men would just walk walk in front and around me, without saying excuse me nor being verbal at all. It was like I wasn't even there, to them. So as to not get touched or knocked over, I had to move away from the lumber twice, even though I wasn't finished making my selection, just so I wouldn't be "in the way." When I went to check out, I was standing in line, and the cashier, Don, called the gentleman who was behind me up to the register to check out. That gentleman let the cashier know that I was ahead of him and it was my turn to check out. I had actually been standing in line for a while before the customer behind me even got in line. Don then called me up- he offered no apology. As he checked me out, Don didn't ask if I had found everything ok. Didn't ask if I needed anything else. Generally unfriendly. I just generally noticed a certain theme in this store, and I don't like the vibe. Maybe some diversity, in gender and/or race, would help offset that vibe. I'm not sure, and don't really care because me nor my dollars will be returning.

Tons of well-done examples that confirm in 3D that what you are thinking of doing is possible. Also a coherent presentation of the tiles so you know what is what, also the proper span of grout colors and options, caulk too in MATCHING colors. Just invaluable. We were looking for a very muted, classic look but every other joint only stocked glossy 3x6 bricks, not the matte. Plus the "special" order here was just 3 days -- and they waived the order fee. Didn't really need any intense design help, but Danny our salesman did provide some great suggestions that really firmed up what we were going to do. And he was not intimidated by the math needed for a basketweave pattern. Plus they allowed us to return unused tile without a hassle, something you almost always end up with special orders as you do not want to get caught short in the middle of job. Very much suggest stopping here first for your tile project needs. Although they do skew to the high end, there is something here at every price point. The only thing that is keeping them from a 5-star is another different salesman who initially tried to upsell me well beyond what I needed for a redo of 25-yr old bath. Just have some idea of what you want and your budget and you'll have a great experience.
