Found items in line and they were on sale. Pointed out the items were on sale. I walked back to the rear of the building and removed the sales tag. Also pulled up the price using their Ace Smart phone app. Lower price was on the tag and the app. I was told that I should not remove the shelf tag. The clerk had to call over a manager to override the price. Yes I was able to get it at the sales price. Neither the manager nor the clerk apologized for the inconvenience and hassle. I was not thanked for my business and see no reason to visit this store again. I have made purchases at Ace in Cartersville and never had a problem. This Ace has Unhelpful folks!

Has the hardware and plumbing down fully. The value at Ace is service.. Someone will almost always ask "can we help you find something?" when you walk in the door. At the other big box stores the staff seems put out by questions and it's been my experience they don't have any idea what you are asking for and on the off chance the do, they don't know where it is kept. Value at Ace is service. It's my default store and I find pricing in line with the others.

I recently moved to Acworth and had noticed this Sherwin-Williams store off Hwy 41. I like that it is close to my house. It is a stand alone shop with it's own parking lot. Quick and easy to get in to and out of. The staff has always been pleasant and my visits have been quick, even when having custom colors matched & mixed.

I called a few times to see what their timeline look like, and all I could get was the guy was running behind. So zero stars for that. I went in one day to pick up a tool for changing out some plumbing and they had it. The other small local hardware store did not and I didn't want to go all the way to the Big Box store. IDK but I felt awful for the employees (at least they get to leave after their shifts) and that POOR CAT. Animal abuse! I got my paint quickly and rushed out. Avoid this place if you value your health! Egads, I TRULY couldn't believe how horrific it was inside.
