I am adamant that any areas that are not easily accessible and visible should have rot-resistant material, especially considering that this was an area that was already showing signs of deterioration. It had been many years since the last paint job and we are located in a heavily wooded area. This was an extra expense that could have been avoided.

They took care of us from beginning to end. I had never been here before, so when I got the chance to walk around the store I fell in love with it! I worked with Acworth Lowe's & Even The Installation Co re getting part & making appt for replacement. Got the Runaround UNTIL 3 Weeks later Got Bill in Millworks. I emailed Door info to Bill & he layed the Groundwork. Bill was Off the Next Day but Passed the Remaining Work to be done on to John. John took the Job on & called me to say he found what I need, it's Ordered, & I would be Contacted in about 1 week when part comes in! Waa Laa! Done! Kudos to Acworth Lowe's Employees Bill & John!

Purchase a new dryer from Lowe's. I had a old steam dryer that had a connection to my waterline…read more Please be aware that they do not uninstall those. They will not touch them. They will also will not put the new connection from the back of the dryer into your exhaust, they do not touch anything so please be aware when you're purchasing a dryer from Lowe's basically all you're getting is a delivery and that's it. This is the second time I have purchased appliances and had to have a plumber come out to connect up . I even explained to the associate and she called her manager, the connection and that if I had to have a plumber or someone else come disconnected that I would do that, but I needed to know prior and she said oh no problem all you have to do is shut off your water. They'll just disconnect The hook up and hook up your dryer and all Lowes management does is oh I'm so sorry. I have now lost time for work and I have to go back and have this dryer re-delivered and installed as much as they install. The only thing I asked the store is to please educate your associates. Please let them know that their delivery people do not do anything when it comes to hooking up dryers.

When the job was completed, initially I was satisfied until the paint started peeling off my porch. They did repair the front porch, but shortly thereafter the paint on my back porch started peeling too! I immediately sent pictures and Wilmer ensured me they would repair the peeling paint on my back porch. This was last year and to date, the repairs are not done. I have communicated with Wilmer numerous times and I'm very disappointed. Several times Wilmer told me they were coming to correct the peeling paint but each time it was a no show and no call. I'm questioning if the paint used is actually Sherman Williams because I don't think Sherman Williams paint would peel like that.

He was very accommodating to all of my requests and was able to get the job done. The paint and supplies we're probably by myself. Wilmer's guys did a GREAT job fixing up the walls and painting walls, ceilings (some 16ft. ceilings), and trim. The house looks absolutely beautiful now. I can't thank Wilmer and his guys enough for their great work. I would highly recommend W&C Brothers to anyone looking for a painter.

Found items in line and they were on sale. Pointed out the items were on sale. I walked back to the rear of the building and removed the sales tag. Also pulled up the price using their Ace Smart phone app. Lower price was on the tag and the app. I was told that I should not remove the shelf tag. The clerk had to call over a manager to override the price. Yes I was able to get it at the sales price. Neither the manager nor the clerk apologized for the inconvenience and hassle. I was not thanked for my business and see no reason to visit this store again. I have made purchases at Ace in Cartersville and never had a problem. This Ace has Unhelpful folks!
