I am adamant that any areas that are not easily accessible and visible should have rot-resistant material, especially considering that this was an area that was already showing signs of deterioration. BEWARE -- Warranty Is Meaningless…read more We hired W&C Brothers Painters to repaint the entire interior -- walls and ceilings -- after extensive damage left by the previous homeowner. The initial job looked promising: workers prepped thoroughly, covered everything properly, and finished in about a week, wrapping up June 19th. That's where it fell apart. Once we paid in full, getting them back out became like pulling teeth -- 30+ texts sent between June 19th and now, mostly ignored. It took six weeks, until July 30th, before anyone returned. When they finally showed up, they only prepped the problem areas with spackle -- fully aware the sanding and repainting those spots still needed was left undone. They said they'll be back tomorrow morning. We've also found areas in the garage they missed entirely on the first pass. Since July 30th: nothing. No scheduling, no explanation, no acknowledgment. If you're evaluating them on the initial paint job, know the real test is what happens after they've been paid -- and that's where they fail completely. We're 20 days past a "repair" visit that wasn't actually a repair, with missed work still unaddressed and a warranty that exists on paper only.

Found items in line and they were on sale. Pointed out the items were on sale. I walked back to the rear of the building and removed the sales tag. Also pulled up the price using their Ace Smart phone app. Lower price was on the tag and the app. I was told that I should not remove the shelf tag. The clerk had to call over a manager to override the price. Yes I was able to get it at the sales price. Neither the manager nor the clerk apologized for the inconvenience and hassle. I was not thanked for my business and see no reason to visit this store again. I have made purchases at Ace in Cartersville and never had a problem. This Ace has Unhelpful folks!
