He and his guys show up at my home with no ladder, asked to borrow mine which wasn't high enough to reach the top. He sends a completely different worker two days later who shows up with his girlfriend and a child. I told the owner to send the original guys and he refused, said he was losing money. I paid $250 for them to stain four posts, spill stain on my concrete and ladder. He walked off the job and refused to credit me back any money. Very unprofessional and completely unorganized. Lesson learned.
