Mrs. Sue does such an amazing job! I will always go to her for any framing work because I know she will do quality work and gives reasonable prices! Also, she is such a sweetheart! She takes the time to go over your orders and always has the best recommendations. I work for a charity and every year we make plaques for veterans who attend the charity events. I only trust her to make these plaques and every year she does a remarkable job on these plaques to honor our veterans. Thank you and we are so happy we found you! read more

Our family has used Sue several times to frame some very important things, and we have been so happy with her work. We keep coming back! A great place for framing, etc. I've been visiting her shop for eight years, framing art pieces I've purchased over the years, including antique hand sewn lace. Her work is impeccable and prices reasonable. She also has an excellent eye for matching things together. read more

Sue has framed several pictures for me and they have all turned out beautiful! Will definitely use her again.

Awesome service. Reasonable prices. This was a great find. Very happy with my re-framing projects.

Great service ! The price was affordable to redo a broken glass on picture ! When I picked up the picture , Sue had fixed some scratches on the frame as well! Very nice craftsmanship ! Will be back for sure ! read more

I got my first document framed by Sue and I love it so much! You don't really think about framing a lot of documents, but recently I visited the White House and had to frame the letter by President Obama. I love making sure that this is going to last in our family's life forever. I also love that Sue has so much art I can choose from. If you're looking for art pieces to fill your place with, Sue's place is the one stop shop. She's also extremely kind and I can tell that she has regulars who come by just to say hi. It's definitely a family run business and I love how she puts love and care to her clients. I think when a business owner is loving to their client's possessions, the outcome will only be awesome. I've definitely purchased frames from Target and what not, but if you haven't gotten anything professionally framed before, you're totally missing out. Just by holding the framed work, you can tell it's put together to last. If anyone has any diplomas, awards, or certificates, I highly recommend stopping by Sue's to get it framed. We haven't printed our wedding photos yet but I absolutely know where to go once we do. read more

Sue is one of the nicest women I've ever met. I found her just by chance to frame my husbands autographed jersey she was at least half off anyone else. She also got my framing done in a pinch as I waited till the last minute to drop it off. I recommend anyone needing framing go to sue. read more

Sue's Art & Framing recently opened in the Publix Center on Castleberry & Bethelview. I usually go to LaBelle to get a manicure so I stopped in a week ago to meet Sue and to get a quote on a framing repair I needed. Sue is extremely personable! I love her! She has been in art and framing for many years in several cities and when she moved to Cumming, she said she thought of retiring but said no, framing and art is a part of me so I will open a shop. I'm so glad she did! She did a repair for me of a print that was not sitting properly in the frame. She re-taped it, replaced the wiring and put a new paper back on it. It was $12! And it looks 1000% better than when I took it in! She is a true professional and will not overcharge you. I will definitely return to this shop for my framing needs. She also sells quite a bit of art in the shop and when I have some time, I am going to spend some time looking through her inventory and see if anything speaks to me (only kind of joking here!). Please tell her Sandra sent you. She told me to tell all of my friends and I couldn't think of a better want to give her a thumbs up than by posting on yelp.com! read more

Sue framed and matted 7 sports posters for my 11 y/o that I had rolled up since I was a kid. My son loved them. These unique pieces look fantastic in our new game room. Sue was so accommodating and detailed with sharing (up front) with how she would complete the project. Her pricing was also very accommodating. So thankful I stopped into Sue's one day as I was leaving Publix. Sue is a blessed woman and runs a blessed business. read more

I went in to get a quote on framing a poster that I bought for my girlfriend and no one greeted me when I walked in for about 5 minutes or so. The shop appeared to be abandoned. A kid walks out of the back eventually and tells me that his grandmother, who I assume is the proprietor, is not there and that she would be back in about 5 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and the kid walks out from the back and says he called her but she forgot her phone and doesn't know when she is going to be back and did not offer any sort of apology or asking to take my name and number. He just told me I should come back later. I like helping small businesses and local businesses as I am a Forsyth County resident but the customer service should be improved. if you are the owner of the business and you are running to the bank and you are the only person who can give quotes on framing you probably should not forget your cell phone. The shop was clean but a lot of good that does if no one is there to help you and your assistant doesn't really seem to want my business. read more

Ms. Sue is wonderful! I get all of my framing done there. She is always conscientious and prompt. The pricing is about 1/2 of the hobby stores. She uses the absolute best quality framing materials. Besides all of that, Sue is a pleasure to work with! read more

Just like the other reviewers, I give two thumbs up. It was worth the drive from Suwanee. She gives personalized service for a fraction of Hobby Lobby or Michael's and no coupon or groupon required. I brought two items in today on a Saturday and they will be ready on Wednesday. I'll be a repeat customer. read more
