I've been wanting to check this place out for at least 2 years. It's like 2-3 blocks from my home. I finally planned on stopping by on a Monday afternoon. It appears that they have two entrances. One on the northeast side of the building and then the second one of the south side of the building. The parking lot is not really big but they do have some parking in front of the building. Upon walking in you notice that they carry a nice selection of frames. I walk towards the back where the employees were. I was assisted by a young name (didn't get his name). I showed him my painting on canvas. He measure it then proceed to show my what they had already made. He also stated that if I didn't see anything that I like in the already made they could also make me a custom frame. I found a perfect frame at a really good price. They attached the canvas picture to the frame in about 10 minutes. I will definitely return. They also offer a variety of specials daily and discounts. Please inquire. read more

In addition to bringing in prints to be framed, I brought in my Just Right Shoe collection hoping Scott and Sons Picture Framing could suggest a way to display my tiny shoe collection. The staff took the time to help me select the perfect mats and frames for my prints and they turned out great. Creating a shadow box for the tiny shoes was challenging but the staff took the time to create a custom shadow box that not only displayed the shoes beautifully, but also designed it to fit perfectly into the organized closet system I recently installed in my master bedroom closet. The staff provides personal attention and is extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to help you select the best way to display artwork, keepsakes, and unique collections like my tiny shoes! Thank you, Scott, and Sons Picture Framing. read more

Fast, friendly service and top quality work. I trust Scott & Sons (and no one else!) with all my framing needs. Highly recommended!

Best frame place around! Best quality and pricing! I've been going here for years! Excellent svs!

I brought in quite a unique piece, a 5' long rattlesnake skin, that I wasn't comfortable walking into a chain retailer with. The folks at Discount Picture Framing didn't hesitate in the slightest to tackle the piece, working with me on frame style, glass overlay and backing board options for the best possible look. We had internet searched beforehand hoping to find some sort or design inspiration, but the work that was done was beyond what we expected! Support local businesses, folks! You will not be disappointed! read more

A lot of money for a lot of quality. You'd figure that spending a chunk of change to get pictures framed would garner a poor review right? Well, from my research with Michael's and some other chain stores, you are paying franchise fees, and for the overhead. Not necessarily what I want to do with my hard-earned dollars. I was gifted some posters that are irreplaceable and as of now, worth serious memories. Upon opening the tubes that held the posters, I found GIANT posters with high-quality color and the person on the posters meant a ton to what I hold dear to my heart. Michael's wanted similar monies to use inferior materials, and from our discussions, even materials that would put the framing in jeopardy in the future. Have I mentioned that I don't like supporting national chains? This only reinforced the idea. We were talked to like neighbors rather than customers, with simple guidance to make sure that the posters were going to be framed to the utmost quality and last a lifetime. This is where building a relationship with a local business shows it's true value. I wouldn't hesitate to return for future framing needs, and now we are looking for other items to have framed and/or into shadowboxes. Support local. read more

I really can't say enough good things about this business. Super nice people, excellent pricing, quality work, and a great selection. As much as I love Hobby Lobby, their custom framing is very expensive so I brought two pieces of art I'd recently purchased into Discount Picture Framing to see what they could offer. I was greeted at the door by Zelda and Zippy (the two feline "employees".... so cute!) and the owner helped me right away. The price was about half what I was expecting to pay and they did an exceptional job! Ready in 1 day! I'll continue getting my art and craft supplies at Hobby Lobby, but for framing, I will ONLY use Discount Picture Framing in the future. A+! read more

Best frame shop in the metro area hands down. I bring several pieces a year from out of town to have them do the framing for me. They can frame absolutely ANYTHING you want framed. Locally owned and operated family business which is always good to support as well. The owners are extremely skilled artisans who take the greatest care in designing and custom framing of all items brought into their shop. Do not let the name fool you. This is not discount quality. Since they've been in the art and framing business for so long they know how to run their business in a way that provides their customers a price well below any competitor. The quality is top notch. read more

Scott and Sons Picture Framing - A military guidon I had done last weekend. Quality custom one-hour framing at a good price! - Framing Near Me - Buford, Georgia

I was going to get a costly photo framed there. I have eight done at the business. The interior decorator came with me after she had gone to Buckhead and requested a quote from a different vendor. Much to my disappointment, the "discount framing was not that at all, the price was $278 higher. The owner almost seemed insulted that I compared the Buckhead Location had a better price and materials and mats and glass. I went into the "Discount Framers Shop." He was none caring, no empathy, and said, " I don't care if you come back to take your business elsewhere". I replied ok, turned around, and went back to Buckhead frame shop. And had the shop do the framing work. So what I am saying compare prices it could save you a lot of money. They portray themselves as "discounter" when they are not. As for discounters's, when they are much higher that the competition. Why? Don't believe me, but just compare prices. I will not be back and will tell all my friends that this store is no"bargain frame shop." In addition I will post this concern on all on all social media. Do not be fooled into paying higher prices because it is a "family business" which has made them wealthy. Michael Trejo read more

Excellent selection...excellent service...excellent price! Had 2 custom mats cut in less than 5 minutes.

I took a sax and pictures of my dad to be put into a shadow box and they did an amazing job. My mom cried when she saw it. They are very pleasant to work with and I will take any framing work in the future to them. read more

We took some of my daughter's artwork to be framed for Christmas. The owner helped us pick out a frame and a mat to go with it. The finished product turned out better than I could have imagined. Definitely recommend this business. They are as friendly as they are talented. read more

Recently brought in several pieces to be matted and framed. The final product was on time and fully met my quality expectations. The price was even better than I expected. I was paying more and getting less at Michael's. I am very happy to give my business to a local shop. Especially one that delivers a very nice buying experience. read more

These guys are wonderful, very friendly, and willing to go the extra mile and then some. I didn't realize they were closing at noon on Christmas Eve, I got there about twenty 'til with a Kinkade I wanted framed for my wife for Christmas. I had to wait until Christmas Eve because I have nowhere to hide something that big for very long. At first they said they couldn't do it, because they had already shut down their machinery, but they turned it back on and had my wife's painting framed by 11:55! I am very impressed with the quality and the service was over the top! I will definitely go back to them for future custom framing, and highly recommend them! read more

I have a backlog of stuff I need framed and am new to area. Drove by this place and decided to bring in one piece to get custom framed. I like to support locals and like the idea that Michael's or Hobby Lobby didn't get my $. They helped me find a brilliant mat and frame combo that looks great. The job was a challenge because my piece had been rolled up for a few years. You'd never know. Looks perfect! Consultative staff. Pros that deserve your business. read more
