I appreciated that, but it was pretty simple and the product came out great. It took a week, and the prices (depending on what you get) was reasonable. If you have something special to frame, I would definitely recommend Thompson's to do it. The prices seem reasonable, depending on what you get and the service was pretty good. I'm assuming that readers are thinking that most likely what you're going to frame, it's not going to be framed again, so why not do it correctly? So, take it from me (someone who doesn't frame a lot) Thompson's is a solid spot to get things framed. They have choices to choose from and can make your vision in your head come true.

It was a Monte Dolack poster that I had waited a long time to frame. When I saw it, I almost gasped - it added drama to the poster. I have no hesitation in bringing more projects here: good, quick service and all the help I could wish for.

Needless to say, I was quite surprised when a massive Jesus canvas arrived at my house (at least my heart was in the right place- can I get an amen). I decided the art was going to represent my COVID survival (single mom, working FT with a toddler, and in my last semester of a PhD program-can I get another amen) and began Googling/Yelping framers in the area. I assumed framing my massive Jesus would need to wait until all the cray cray went away, but to my surprise Regency Fine Art offered 'Virtual Framing' (I had no idea this was a thing). I sent the inquiry, and Lester emailed me back almost immediately. I emailed Lester a link to the art and examples of what I did NOT like (I know, you want to know what I bought, http://www.jkirkrichards.com/wstore/product/jesus-said-love-everyone/) I was surprised and pleased when Lester suggested going in a new direction and trying acrylic. He then mocked up an example using my art for approval. His next question was pricing, which I must admit I was a little scared about given the size and odd shape of the art. His quote was very reasonable and below what I was anticipating. If you are still reading this hang in there, I am almost done. When I went to drop off the art, my three-year-old was in tote, and Lester made it as quick and easy of a process as a mom whos been bored in the house and in the house bored could ask. I was there for less than five minutes. I received the invoice and details via email almost immediately. Customer service was perfection. I'll update my review and add a photo when I pick up massive Jesus (his officially official new name) on June 16.

I paid the full amount when I dropped the piece off in January. When I picked it up, the joints were crooked. He did offer to fix it. But instead of ordering the frame for correction, he had the picture ready to go. I'm thinking why did you tell me it was ready if you knew it was not correct? I was ticked because it was already taking a long time. I called him to check on the status and he tells me to come pick it up only for me to find out it wasn't ready and will take longer. He told me I could take it home but if it has to come back for correction what's the point? He never called with any updates, I always had to call him. It was finally ready in mid March. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to Jon directly and he apologized. He did not offer a coupon, percentage off, nada. I have friends who are looking for a framer and I took Jon's name off the table. Every job his turnaround has gotten longer and longer. If I pay you the full amount up front, you should call If you have delays. His customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I will use another framer in the future. Not worth the long waits, 4 trips to his store and no communication !
