She had an earbud stuck in her ear, so when I first asked my question, she could not hear because of listening to whatever. Bless her heart. This store doesn't seem serious about competent, customer service. I was hoping under the new management, it would become a better experience for the consumer. The only winner at the store is Huck. He is wonderful! This store needs employees who rise to his caliber.
