Due to my daughter training out of town there was a delay after getting the information about getting the home . She went to take possession and was told of no move in would result in cancellation of the lease which there was an addendum for the 15th signed as well . I accompanied my daughter to see the house when we met with the Realtor and got to house it was very cold we turned the heat on . My daughter also told me they offered to leave some furniture at the home and decorations . When reviewing the items that were left they were not in very good shape . Some items was very disgusting as well . We gave it some time for home to heat up while also still reviewing the home . Things she did not request to be left was still there all the items in cabinets and drawers. There was also a broken window which I believe is why home was very cold . Reached out to realtor about concerns and she would speaks with owner . I told my daughter to leave the keys until everything was rectified with the home . My daughter received a call from owner stating he would get these things handled the next day . After frustration my daughter advised him she was no longer interested and asked for her deposit back due to the home was not up to par as requested and promised . She was told no and he was keeping her $ this is very bad business so be aware of him and his properties

They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home. The owner and his brother clearly take great pride in their work. I highly recommend Affinity Paints & Décor.

The employees are obviously unhappy and irritated. The store is portly stocked with brochures and products. If you want a good experience or should I say better. Go to Sherwin Williams paint store on Concorde Drive in Smyrna GA- they educate, participate and partner with you on your projects. I cannot say what the experience is different but I believe the employees who work this location are abused by the owner. Its just my opinion. They were courteous and seemed like they wanted to help me. They gave me various advice and what type of paint I should get. I came in to match a paint color. I never matched colors before. They had a device that figures out what color your sample is. They matched it dead on. I was impressed how exact it was. Every month or so, they have a sale. Luckily, I came in during that sale. So they even gave me 30% off my paints. Another perk is that they're close to my house. For my painting needs, I'll recommend this place.

SW recently discontinued their Harmony No VOC paint and and their rep sent me to Benjamin Moore since they have several No VOC paints to choose from at various price points. When I drove up at 2:30pm on a Monday the place looked closed. But as I walked up Tom Jr open the door for me and I quickly understood why they have such a high rating. This place is like the Cheers of Paint stores. They know their customers and they want to make sure you get what you need. I am very indecisive when it comes to paint and Tom Jr answered ALL my questions, gave me some things to think about and provided recommendations without any pressure to buy. The next day I called ahead to place my order, paid and everything was loaded into my trunk. Wow! This place is a whole vibe, if you need paint get it from here.
