The owner came out personally to evaluate the project and then completed the work with his brother. They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home. The owner and his brother clearly take great pride in their work. I highly recommend Affinity Paints & Décor.

Excellent customer service - no VOC paint…read more This is my first paint job using Benjamin Moore. SW recently discontinued their Harmony No VOC paint and and their rep sent me to Benjamin Moore since they have several No VOC paints to choose from at various price points. When I drove up at 2:30pm on a Monday the place looked closed. But as I walked up Tom Jr open the door for me and I quickly understood why they have such a high rating. This place is like the Cheers of Paint stores. They know their customers and they want to make sure you get what you need. I am very indecisive when it comes to paint and Tom Jr answered ALL my questions, gave me some things to think about and provided recommendations without any pressure to buy. The next day I called ahead to place my order, paid and everything was loaded into my trunk. Wow! This place is a whole vibe, if you need paint get it from here.

They primarily sell oops paint but the selection is so large and the owner is so helpful that you can describe to her the color you want and if they don't have it she will describe to you the colors to mix and get something very similar. I also bought paint brushes and plastic from here for a better price than the big stores everyone knows.

The employees are obviously unhappy and irritated. The store is portly stocked with brochures and products. If you want a good experience or should I say better. Go to Sherwin Williams paint store on Concorde Drive in Smyrna GA- they educate, participate and partner with you on your projects. I cannot say what the experience is different but I believe the employees who work this location are abused by the owner. Its just my opinion. So they even gave me 30% off my paints. Another perk is that they're close to my house. For my painting needs, I'll recommend this place.
