Came to brunch for my best friends bday and Miriam made it one to never forget. Miriam thank you.

Came here on Sunday afternoon and I have to say three strikes and you're out! This El Torito is terrible. My girlfriend and I like to sit at the bar for fast service we usually share some food the food is always good but the service is absolutely horrible bartenders are rude and almost don't even acknowledge your existence until you get their attention and the bar only had 3 people besides us.. They act like your order is a chore and they don't even say a word. Accept when they do it's in Spanish to co-workers. This has happened on three separate trips and although this is the closest to our house and would prefer to go here it's better to ride to Corona or Rancho if you want to sit in the bar section. read more

A one star is too generous. Servers never check on you, I mean they stop once every 40 mins. We came for the all you could eat tacos. From moment we ordered it took 30 some minutes to get 3 tacos! We have been waiting for about 30 mins to be able to get 3 more tacos. Still waiting. I'm really disappointed it's not like they are under staffed cause I see servers everywhere; however, I don't see them stop at any of the other tables around me. Last time I came I had s horrible experience the so called manager she was (a Hispanic with blonde hair) didn't get the name, had a horrible attitude, to the point where we just wanted to walk out, but then we got a really nice server, so we stayed. So I guess this is the last time I come to the plaza location. Really disappointed. Good job El Torito, management should be really proud. read more

The moment I walked in I was greeted by the lovely hostess With blue eyes soon as she took us to our table I asked if she would be our server because her attitude was just delightful. Came into el torito on Saturday night 11/25 after having a really bad day at work. Samantha served my friend and I and she made our experience wonderful! Such great serve, very attentive, polite, and friendly. She was so funny and helped get me out of that bad mood I was in. The bartender also took real good care of us. Vicente is by far the best server. He is extremely hard working, friendly, and memorable. Every time my sister and our girlfriends go in to eat, we request him and he immediately remembers our drink order and food order. Request Vicente when you go in and you will no be disappointed. We went to the Riverside Plaza El Torito to celebrate Brothers and Sisters night out. Our server, Destiny was Awesome And lots of Fun. She was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great. I have eaten at several other El Toritos, but have not had this type of fantastic service. Every time my Passion Ice Tea was starting to get empty, Destiny was there with a fresh one. If you go to the Riverside location ask for Destiny's section. read more

3% surcharge to "offset labor ordinances". In other words, our customers will foot the bill for us having to pay our employees a livable wage. This dump was always mediocre AT BEST, with it's inauthentic Mex food and shaky management. It's mostly just a joint for freshly turned 21 yr olds getting shitty after a half a margarita nowadays. This has been my mom's favorite restaurant for a long time now and it was so nice to take her out to eat once dining opened even though we sat outside. Our server waitress Miriam was very courteous made us feel very welcomed and definitely Showed great hospitality while we were at the restaurant great customer service by her and the food was good as always. It was horrible service bc a waiter named, Alex, dropped the salsa on my lap while serving my tacos... I asked to speak to the manager an older lady who didn't charge me for the tacos, bc I told her what had occurred. Overall, the service was bad, bc I was sitting by the bar & it took 15 minutes just to order a drink... Do not come here on weekends, bc there's not enough staff/bartenders to help! read more

Always good food and GREAT service. Family friendly. I come every year for my birthday because they make it special. Today our server was Vicente and he was so nice and friendly. Was very busy but still kept us with filled drinks and asked if we needed anything. We also had the manager Lorena helping out and she was also very friendly and very attentive.
