Been coming to this location for years with my family and always have a great experience the waiters are so helpful and attentive the customer service is wonderful I applaud the manager or whoever is in charge of training customer service skills on my last visit SERGIO took care of my family and I once again super helpful. They are extremely clean right now wearing a mask at all time and social distancing and doing best to keep customer safe. I completely recommend this location. read more

This El torito is unique with mariachis who sing at your request: Their performance on "La Cucaracha" had us all laughing from start to finish -it's a must see ! I'm totally bummed because this location usually can guarantee a good experience, but tonight was terrible. Food was sub par and service was terrible. Our waiter just totally dropped the ball on our meal. Water cups that were never refilled, inconsistency with service from person to person at the table, and just giving an attitude that I didn't like. At the end of the meal we complained to the manager and he compted the whole meal. Very generous but didn't make up for waste of time and hassle of crummy meal. The Turkey still needed more cooking than the stardard warming up time per instructions. I don't recommend ordering the Thanksgiving dinner in the future. So I work in the same plaza and was looking for a bar to hang out after work. I was expecting to have one beer tops but ended up staying for hours. Really social and fun bartenders. I'm here to celebrate my birthday with my mother. We come for happy hour where I've been before and had this amazing margarita called "The Black Diamond Margarita". I ordered it again today and get BARELY a second refill out of it. We tell the manager and the manager Cesar argues with me about the fact that it is supposed to come with 2 REFILLS. After the last experience I had here at this dining restaurant I was hesitant to go again. But we were seated quickly and the staff was supper friendly, our server Alex Vazquez who took our our order was very attentive and very understanding to my food allergy making sure my dining experience was more positive this time. Not once was my drink empty and we all know that feeling when our cups are tuning low the server is nowhere to be found... But this want an issue at all! I felt really taken care of, more so then any other restaurant I had been to in the area. Alex Vazquez was amazing, he sure changed my mind about El Torito; making this one of the most rememberable dining experiences iv had.
