This was the worst service I have ever experienced. We went as a family and we came from L.A. to enjoy family time together. They served us salsa with no chips, cold coffee and my food was cold and as the server gave me my plate he said be careful it hot. So as I touched the plate it was COLD!( I ordered cheese enchiladas) the cheese wasn't even melted! Then my husband order carne asada plate and the meat to be cooked medium well and was served medium rare!! We should have known it wasn't going to good when we got there and to be seated, the table and chairs were filthy (they sat us outside) I get it we were a party of 15. You would think they would of wiped down the chairs and tables. To be fair they did give us complimentary appetizers. They gave us this because we had to clean our own table and chairs. Thank god my daughter had wipes with her. I would think this would have been because they were busy or short staffed but that wasn't the case. If I could give it negative stars. It would be negative 10. Eat elsewhere if you want service and a good meal. read more

Their stuff is barely ok. I come here once in a blue moon-only when it's work related, and only during happy hour. I would have to search throughout the menu to try and find something healthy; ideal to my tastes. If nothing then I'll have nothing and have something natural, water. Or water with at least some lemon. This just doesn't cut it in the Mexican food category. Very Americany and cheaply done. There's plenty of great places out there that we all should explore and umm, for cheaper too. read more

It wasn't too long so I wasn't upset, until we had to ask multiple servers 5 times to turn on the heaters outside. Me and my party of 5 went to this location for girls night. Dinner and a movie afterwards. We first get there and they tell us it's a 2 hour wait because a wedding party that was there asked them to keep all the seats open for any stragglers of their party (like really? They have an entire section...they need the all the open booths too?). So we wait for a seat to open in the bar area and get in there. We order our food and two of us were celebrating our birthdays, yet they forgot to sing to us or bring us the desert. We get our food. We got 2 appetizers, one nachos, one fiesta platter and one fries. We start to eat and about 5 min in we find a SCREW in the middle of our nachos! Like someone stuck it in there. It was under the guac and actually cooked in the nachos!!! It was huge, the kind with one flat side that you screw in with your hand. I have pictures of it. We tell the hostess we need to immediately speak to the manager. She says she'll get him. Five minutes pass by and still no one has come. We flag down a waitress and she's trying to take the plate saying she's never seen that before. We insist she leave it so we can speak to the manager. After another 5 minutes he comes over. He tells us it's not possible it's from his kitchen that they have no screws in there at all. He says he has no idea how that got there, almost insuatating that we put it there! We were appalled. He took the nachos and said he'd bring her new ones. He brought her new ones that had no cheese on them at all. Like that is not Ok! We could be easily broke a tooth or worse. Not to mention that is disgusting and dirty. He didn't really seem to care at all. We ordered drinks from the MANAGER 3 times and 3 times we did not get our drinks. We even mentioned it to him and he looked at the bar like he was lost. He is the manager! He has no business in management when he can't handle a situation properly. He comped one friends nachos and her 2 drinks...that was it. He felt that was enough. It's not enough, that was not ok. The service was horrific, not from our waitress, from the MANAGER himself and the hostess. We planned on have a great night out. As mom's that does not happen often. And it was completely ruined. We didn't drink, we didn't eat and we didn't get good service. It was the worst experience we have ever had. Ruined our birthdays and girls night. read more

Came here Monday evening with my family for our nieces birthday/ valentines since I've been working so much. I just moved here a couple months ago and I have to say I had a great time here. Jessica was our waitress she was so nice and funny. She told us about the 3 dollar margaritas and I had to have them they were delicious the food was amazing and she even gave my son a little ice cream which he loved.Thank you so much Jessica for being so kind to us. Had a wonderful late lunch/early dinner. Bacon-wrapped shrimp appetizer, Mexican Caesar salad, shrimp fajitas, chicken and sour cream enchiladas, chile relleno ala carte, and a flan to top it off. Service was spectacular; we seemed to have come in the lull between the Sunday brunch buffet and the dinner hour. We were seated right away, and our food came just as we finished our salad and appetizer. Our server was very attentive, and friendly without being intrusive. Meal was delicious. Why no fifth star? I apologize for not posting sooner. But being that on my way back for the AMAZING food and customer service I feel a big need to express my gratitude. First things 1st when I came to the restaurant with two other friends that have not had the opportunity to enjoy this restaurant's brunch. I was blown away at how quickly we were seated and tended to. They absolutely loved the spread, service and music as did I. I like that now that you can fill out a little piece of paper with your omelette request vs. spending time waiting in line. Although I semi miss watching the chef work its magic :) this new procedure is time saving. Our waitress Destiny whom I will now request when seated if that's an option. Was very kind and attentive. She constantly circled her area and tended to all her tables she didn't disappear like I've experienced with waiters from other restuarants in the past. When we wanted to split the bill 3 ways she didn't give us a hard time but said it was do able and brought our receipts immediately. She was so kind that I asked for her name again just to leave a review, I also flagged the manager down upon my exit to express how delicious the food was. As well as how much I enjoyed my visit I feel like when working in customer service. Not many consumers express their gratitude you only hear from them when there's a complaint and that's not fair. Let me tell you!!, What a difference in not only the freshness of the food but, the Service we received by Victor Perez... he was very tentative to our needs!!.
