The shishito peppers were so sweet and tangy in the bacon jelly and cheese and oozed with goodness! The steak and chicken were such a great combo to share between my husband and I with both being such different profiles of taste and actually complimented one another. The steak itself was absolutely perfect and the bread under soaked up all those juices so you didn't have to lick the plate after (great ingenuity when dining out :)) The desserts were fantastic but the star of the show was def the raspberry blondie. It was everything I imagined and more. The perfect sweet and tart mixed in a bowl with spoons ... thank you for not plating this - I felt like I was at home about to sit on the couch and indulge in something I created. Perfect experience, perfect presentation and to top it off their restaurant is surrounded by their farm. I brought both the original store receipt and the DoorDash receipt, and the original receipt clearly stated--in large print--that the items could be returned to any Ace Hardware location. The employees at the register, who looked like two teenage boys told me they didn't know how to process the return and simply said they couldn't help me. They made no apparent effort to ask a manager, look up the procedure, or find a solution. Instead, I was sent away without any assistance. I ultimately had to call Ace Hardware's corporate customer service and file a formal complaint to receive my refund. I understand that not every employee will know how to process every type of transaction, but good customer service means making an effort to help the customer or finding someone who can. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. What should have been a simple return turned into a frustrating ordeal that wasted over an hour of my time.

I am now being told 24 hours later (my grass is probably dead) that no, they won't replace my order because only a manager can do that, alll lowes can do is pick up the wrong order and refund me leaving me without my order and no way to get it (I have a bad back) and dead grass as I have no one to move the order until whenever they decide to show up, even though they promised me yesterday they would corrrect every thing by the end of the day.
