We've had Leonardi out for two appliance repairs in the last four months, and we won't be using them again. The first visit was for a dishwasher that had stopped getting the dishes clean. After a $300+ repair, it leaked the very next time we used it, causing over $2,000 in damage. That repair should never have been done, and the technician should have advised us to replace the unit. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that he did what he thought was best and called them back for a dryer issue. This technician said nothing was wrong, yet the problem has continued. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.

I…read moretold him my problem (water leaking from the back of my fridge) and he immediately described all of the possible causes, and quoted me a labor cost over the phone. He arrived an hour later as promised and after taking a back panel off of the fridge he was able to spot the problem in less than a couple minutes... it was exactly what he had told me the most likely problem was, an invisible pin hole leak in a water feed tube. He went to Home Depot to get a replacement hose... of course the OEM hose had proprietary nubs on each end of the hose so he bought a generic hose and retrofitted the proprietary ends onto the generic hose ends. No need to order an OEM hose and put up with a water leak until it arrives. That solved the immediate problem, and in testing to make sure there were no new leaks from the replaced hose, he saw that the water filter housing was also starting to leak into an evaporator pan. He helped me order the correct part and now we are waiting for it to ship. I've had good luck with all the appliance repair people I have used, but Tyler really goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction and is very appreciative of my business. When I need service in the future he is the first I will call.

No text. No show that Friday. Waited one hour hoping to hear from him. Nothing. When 10am came, I texted and said that I was canceling the appointment and I will be going with a different professional to service my oven. So don't waste your time and find someone else!

The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.

It had not been started or serviced so we had no idea when we took it to Ken what repairs it needed to bring it back to functional life. Ken was very responsive and gave us an estimate of what work would need to be done. We took to machine to his shop in Montgomery and we were assured he would get it running. True to his word, Ken replaced the spark plug, put in fresh clean fuel/oil mix, serviced the carburator, and generally gave it a clean up. He realized after he got it working that it wasn't running at optimal performance so he replaced the carburator with a new one. He was satisfied with bringing it back to peak performance level. We came to pick it. Ken started up on the first pull and roared to life. We had a practically new machine all within the promised quote which will carry us through this winter and many more. This is a family owned business with a very knowledgeable staff. They also have a nice gift shop selling garden and home accents and containers. Thru out the year they offer classes and tours as well as seasonal events. The Garlic & Cider event was smaller than we expected with only a handful of vendors. We did end up buying a few succulents plus they gave us a FREE mint plant. With 2 locations, Aurora and Naperville..they have grown into a garden oasis for everyone!
