Very good tacos and quesadillas!! We've been here many times. My husband loves their chicken quesadilla. I always get their al pastor and pollo taco. They have taco Tuesday for about $1 (I believe) and Taco Thursday for $1.25 for pastor and pollo. They also have a salsa bar with onion & cilantro, red and green salsa, guac, lime wedges, cucumber slices, and a couple other salsas. Services are always great there! They are so friendly to help explain the menu and provide recommendations if you have questions. read more

Food was a disappointment, don't quite understand the reviews. Everything lacked in flavor, including the salsas.

I had the quesabirria tacos and OMG: they were scrumptious! Flavor everywhere: the tortilla, the beef, the cheese, the broth!!! The broth was so delicious I drank it! It came with grilled jalapeño and onions. It was absolutely delicious and not greasy. First time ever having these and I'm glad I came to the right place! The service was lovely as well. read more

Quality food, high quality service, and an overall great atmosphere in a cute little restaurant on the hillside. Portions are good, and the toppings bar is generous, would recommend! (Your cashier does run your food to you, so it's worth tipping a couple bucks minimum given the service). read more

Great tacos, "financially friendly", amazing salsa bar, caring customer service. We had driven by this place so many times, wondered about it, and finally stopped by. Definitely going back! read more

We had just left the gym and we were looking for high protein food options. This place instantly became our favorite taco spot!!! Service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. I got the protein bowl with chicken and it was sooo good! My fiancé got Lengua taco, Al pastor taco, and 2 asada tacos. My fiancé said it's his new favorite taco spot. We highly recommend eating here! So many things to pick from. We will be back very soon! read more

Well, to start off, I don't want anyone sweeping around me while I'm eating. Disgusting. The nachos were very average. Who uses cheese sauce anymore? This place gets 5 stars? Wow. Where do y'all be eating? Could of got this at Taco Bell. Ate as much as I could stand. The best thing in the restaurant was the coke bottle. Sheesh. And by the way, this place is a hole in the wall too. Trash read more

Unbelievably Amazing Food!! I found this on Google search... tacos near me. I had numerous options. Yelp was 4.8 rating. Being in the restaurant business, I thought I would try them. I've been there four days in a row. The lingua is the best I ever had! I'll be back again tomorrow. Simply Food done extremely!!! read more

Good little hole in the wall place! The ladies working there were super kind and helpful, fast and not too expensive. I'm always looking for great refried beans and I would say theirs are above average but not the best I've ever had. Street tacos were tasty and exactly what I was looking for that day. read more

Delicious and different. We enjoyed finding this hidden gem on a recent visit to our God parents in the area. We shared an oder of tacos, nachos, and empanada fritters. Yum, yumm, and more yummm! My son really enjoyed the nachos. He usually prefers lettuce wraps at mealtime, but was feeling like csispy nchy this time. Drinks were generous and refreshing. Chil vibe was a plus too. read more

Food and services was great just a little too dark as far as atmosphere is concerned.

After all the hype on tik tok we finally decided to try it out, when we arrived place looked clean, menu was kinda hard to read from the glare of the overhead lights prices were reasonable I guess, but the one thing that turned me off was the complete lack of acknowledgement from the cashier, since the moment we walked in she was on the phone, we waited for anyone to take our order but no one did, after about 10 minutes we left ,the entire time she was on the phone, not even a give me a few minutes and I'll be right with you, to me that is shitty customer service, so we walked out and will not be going back, if the food was any good we will never know, I hope the phone conversation was worth losing customers for. read more

Best birria! Best tacos! Best best best. I'm hoping to have them cater my wedding this year!!

This is a really good and quality taco/ burrito place. I feel like they use quality ingredients and prepare it well . It is in a rougher area but honestly everyone on staff is awesome. They do a great job for a local taco shoppe ! If you're in the area def worth a try ! read more

I am a taco JUNKIE & this is for sure a 10/10. So good - got 3 Carne asada street tacos w/ avocado sauce, onions, cilantro, roasted chilies & limes. by FAR the best tacos I've ever had. Sooooo good. Ordered ceviche, quesabirria, tacos! Everything was a hit. Restaurant was super clean! & the girls at the counter were so friendly! Definitely my first stop if I ever come back to visit Phoenix. read more

Stopped in on a whim to try the tacos and we are very glad we did! Our favorites in order: 1. Quesobirria taco 2. Pastor taco 3. Pollo taco 4. Carne asada taco 5. Carnitas The salsas are all delish, too! Highly recommend stopping in for a casual, affordable and delicious taco fix! read more

We ordered the family bundle which consisted of four meats, chicken beef pastor and carnitas. Rice and beans 3 vampiros and 5 quesadillas. There were plenty of fire roasted jalapeños too. Between five adults we were full and their was still 3/4 of the family bundle leftover. Very delicious and very filling. It could have easily fed up to 10 -13. Price for the family bundle was 59 with tax. Smoking deal. Now I have to try the rest of the menu. Definitely coming back! read more

If you're looking for authentic Mexican food in north Phoenix then you have to check this place out. They were cooking the meat outside as we rolled up and the scent alone made my mouth water. The line out the door also told us we were in for something amazing. The staff are so courteous and great. You order at the counter and then they have seating or you can take it to go. The tacos, quesabirria and the protein bowl were outstanding!! Definitely will spread the word about El Super Taco!! read more

Soooo Goood!!! The food and portions were AHMazing we ordered the family pack and I couldn't believe all the food we got for under $60! Authentic Mexican food! You can tell it was all homemade even the flour tortillas and not greasy! The only complaint I have is the condiments I had to use the little plastic containers so I filled about 10 and it was so busy I had to stop and let other people get theirs cuz I had to wait anyway, so it would be nice to have sauces already with the to go family packs. I did have to wait 20 more minutes even though I ordered 3 hours ahead of time...but it was so worth it!! Sundays are so busy so be ready!! I highly recommend this restaurant...soooo good!! You wont be disappointed I promiseI will definitely be coming back!! Tuesday and Thursday's they have taco specials read more

This place should change its name to EL TACO SUPER FUCKING DELICIOUS. It is amazing. I had the carne asada, al pastor, shredded chicken and shredded pork. They were all grilled over mesquite wood and had this incredible smokey flavor. All of the meat was juicy! Nothing was overcooked or dry. It is worth driving here to eat even if you don't live close b read more

Ordered the large family meal . It was delicious and a good amount of food ! The hot sauces are great and the tortillas homemade !

Love the tacos the beef is Delicioso. They grill it right outside. I've been begging them for the recipe.

I ordered 1 birria & 1 carne asada taco and it was delicious. I will definitely be coming back. Service was excellent.

Our favorite go to place when getting together and nobody wants to cook! The food is always amazing and the family pack feeds 4-6 adults and just as many children with leftovers for the next day. read more

The carne asada fries are excellent! You might not stop here based on location and curb appeal, but the food and service were so good!

Ordered the family pack and caldo de res. Everything was so so delicious and flavorful. I'm so glad I found this place on Yelp. This will be my go-to taco place from now on. I did have to wait about 40 minutes but the cashier did warn me that it would take about that long. It was well worth the wait. FYI, the family pack feeds about 6-8 people, so be mindful of that before ordering. The only negative thing was that mine didn't come with jalapeños like the pictures other people uploaded read more

So this place has taco Tuesdays where the pollo, asada, and pastor tacos have a reduced price of $1.49. The taco Thursday specials are more limited: only the pastor and pollo tacos are $1.49 and only from 6-9pm. The tacos themselves are loaded with a ton of meat. Even the some of the optional side items such as the cucumbers were good. Overall a pretty solid meal. However, I really abhor places that charge hidden fees. I got charged extra just for using my credit card and was not warned about this at all. If I knew I'd have to pay extra, I would have paid in cash. Also note that the area where this place is located in is fairly divey. It's in a rundown plaza filled with abandoned stores. read more

A friend recommended this place and I'm glad she did. As soon as i got out of my car the smell from whatever they were grilling on the patio hit me and it was wonderful! Great service. The girl at the counter was very friendly. Quesabirria tacos were delicious. The meat was a bit chewy but so much flavor! Perfect amount of cheese and onions and cilantro. The grilled onions on the side were a great addition and my mouth is still on fire from that charred jalapeño. The consommé was so flavorful and just the right amount of spicy. I finished it like a soup!! Highly recommended!!! read more

Super tacos from El Super Taco. God damn, this was the closest i've had to tacos from Mexico. The el pastor, carnitas and carne asada were all top notch. And the corn tortillas just melted in your mouth. Not to mention the beans and rice side was also excellent. If you're looking for a nice sit down resturaunt then this might not be for you. Its on the divier side. But i think that just adds to the experience. But just a heads up for people that are expecting table service in a well kept resturaunt. But if you're looking for actual authentic mexican food and tacos then this is your spot. read more

QuesoBirria tacos for the win. The salsa bar is great and the sauces were fresh. Loved the roasted one the most. We got chicharron (sp?) Tacos, carne asada, Al Pastor, and then fries for our son. Had to grab a Mexican coke of course! Staff is friendly and wonderful. I think if you pick one thing from this spot definitely get the QuesoBirria tacos, the asada tacos were great too. My husband craves this spot now. I wish the Al pastor had a bit more flavor and fresh pineapple in it, but that doesn't take away from how great this spot is. This is our new favorite Mexican food spot read more

Clearly, I'm going to have to go back and try again. I'm not super impressed with the food. The prices are okay, the people are sweet, the food choices are vast! I just expect a bit more flavor. The tongue had NO FLAVOR like it had been stewed? The pollo asada was super duper dry. The cabeza was okay, and the Al pastor was better, but dry as well. I'll go back on Taco Tuesday since everyone talks about it and update later read more
