Other than the counter, that's pretty much it. They offer up a large variety of salads, sandwiches; which can be done as wraps, on buns or on a different types of bread. I'm a big fan of their chicken salad which I get on their hoagie roll. You can get a foot long for $7.99 or a half for $5.99. They offer weekly specials as well. I've been dying to try their meatball sub. The staff here, specifically the manager are great. They are fast, super friendly, and my order is always right. They also take orders over the phone if you want to pick it up to go and don't have time to wait in line. Like I said, it may not be beautiful, but everything I've had here so far has been great. Definitely a place I would recommend to someone who worked downtown.

I gave them my name, they said they did not receive the order. I showed them the confirmation of the order, plus the money being taken from my bank account. I waited patiently over an hour. The Indian woman called her boss. The alleged boss on the phone which was female told me, they were not giving me any sandwiches and that I needed to call the number in the app. The phone number in the app led to their store. I asked how are we going to rectify the situation because at this point I was ready to go. The woman on the phone told me, that she was going to call the police and tell them that I was harassing her employees. The police came, and asked the woman on the phone several times if they could just give me my sandwiches because he can verify that they were paid for and the order was for their store, they all refused to make and give me the sandwiches. The officer then told me that he couldn't force them to give me the sandwiches because this would basically be considered civil, not criminal. A long story short, I was robbed! We were first when they opened about an hour before the movie, which was a good thing because the line quickly filled up. For an appetizer my friend and I decided to share an order of the fried ravioli ($11). An order of five pipping hot ricotta filled ravioli arrived with dipping sauce. For my dinner I ordered the meatball sub, served on a toasted hoagie with ricotta, melted mozzarella, sauce, parmesan, and basil, served with parmesan truffle chips ($15).
