How do you force a service charge for that? To me it's a money grab and bad business. Not to mention they have another location we were at where they removed the service charge because of complaints. So why not remove from all their locations? How can you charge a service charge for no service? If you want the customer to pay for your employees then just raise your prices and let us decide if we want to go. Very very unhappy with this.

It's very fitting, on theme, decorated for the holidays, the coffee tastes good, it's not wildly pricey, AND it's not ANOTHER Starbucks. It was my first time working in this building and I got here so early that I needed a cup of iced coffee.
