Beyond the front door exhibited a wonderland theme. Instantly surprised by the playful imagination through the entire coffee shop which included a swing, bookstore, fortune teller nook and retro hopscotch on the floor. The owner brewed me a cup of Honduran blend organic espresso which was presented in a tiny porcelain cup bearing the words "Thankful" and my giant paws could barely manipulate the handle (See Pic). The espresso was super roasty and produced an immediate jolt, which was well desired. The wife bought an almond croissant to take home which I'm eating half of right now. The gender neutral bathroom was not modern but displayed an extravagantly odd ambiance to say the least. There was a strong emphasis on cats and butterflies with colorful faux silk flowers wrapped around the vanity mirror and even a dream catcher on the front door was a nice touch. No doubt that the owners have an obsession with detail which was evident throughout.

I was walking by and saw the sign for mystic coffee and it looked eclectic and interesting so I went to check it out. The coffee shop was filled with creative art designs and it was very spacious. The barista greeted me right away and gave me a break down of their menu and the health benefits of their recipes. She recommended I try the mystic toast. I also ordered an iced matcha latte (with cashew milk). The sourdough bread was really good! The matcha needed some sweetness and was very watered down (wouldn't recommend). But I did like the option of cashew milk! I rarely see that! I love cashews! I ordered the almond butter protein bar to go and it was the best dessert I have had in a long time! I need another one nowwwwwww! I can't wait to go back and try more of their desserts. Did I mention they had a large variety of vegan and keto options! I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu!

A gluten free foodies DREAM!!! If you're into quiet spaces with lots of characters that you can actually relax and be, look no further! The service was immaculate as well as their bathrooms. You might pay more for the food here so this is not a frugal persons coffee shop. You can also get a tarot reading and balance your chakras inside ! Highly recommend. Keto, gluten free, vegan , Grassfed- worth it!

i was so excited with all of the gluten free options/zero sugar but was SO disappointed. the coffee was watered down & tasteless. the sand-which was one of the worst things i've ever eaten and the cookie was okay, excited for the concept but had 0 flavor. the overall store was huge and very hippy vibes but the quality was awful.

This place has the wow factor for sure. Every inch of the place has sections of pure fun. I walk inside and step onto a hopscotch board but too many customers to actually do it. My hubby took pictures of me on the swing. The sugar free almond croissant was excellent. A ton of originality everywhere.

This place is peaceful and with many different seating areas to choose from, you are sure to find your favorite spot. I have to admit that I had no idea what I was ordering when I got the mystic toast for breakfast. I was very pleasantly surprised when this plate with two toasts with Smashed avocado, onions, lemon, eggs, cheese, greens, tomato, everything seasoning, and a balsamic glase came out. Delicious! A little messy but worth it. It also has a second floor where they have yoga. There is ample street parking in and around the place.

Neighborhood fav when working remote. It's such a comfortable place with plenty of space, a lot of character and great options for food/ bev. I arrived around 12:30/1p, and it was barely busy. It's also a great place to find metaphysical items and some affirmations. I ordered a chai latte w/ a chicken salad. I typically order the empanadas but I needed something a little heavier. It was freshly made and a bit of a shock since I wasn't expecting green shredded chicken. Outside of presentation, it was delicious. I wasn't sure about the balsamic dressing but it paired well. The best part is they don't close until 6 so I was able to hang out in a booth for a few hours and be productive

Worst avocado toast I've ever had--definitely not worth the money. Friendly staff, but service felt unprofessional. Wouldn't come back.

Worst avocado toast I've ever had--definitely not worth the money. Friendly staff, but service felt unprofessional. Both orders were wrong, and my friend's toast didn't even have avocado. Wouldn't come back.

What an amazing experience this place is.. and their coffee is off the charts.. ! Plus the service. The team there is kind and lovely and puts care into what they do. Walking in to Mystic coffee is like walking into another world. The walls are filled with posters that stimulate your thinking, awaken your brain and heart and invite you to go deeper.. OR, you could just come for the coffee and the outstanding gluten free patties, yummy food selections.. organic, by the way and delicious. How lucky this lovely town is to have such a place as this. Go here, you will not be disappointed!!!

Loved this quaint cafe! Not only was the ambiance serene and soothing, the staff was superb. We were traveling and their menu was pretty extensive but the customer service and recommendations were perfect! Drinks & Food: the Chagaccino and Mysticcino were both treats and nicely flavored. Pink Oat Smoothie was full of goodness and filling! Finally the smoked salmon toast was light, with a packed punch of all the right flavors.

This was a lovely place! Street parking- and bathrooms inside. Bathrooms are unisex. Very cute cafe. Lots of different seating from booths to cute corners and plus chairs to normal chairs. Most importantly ALL BAKED GOODS ARE GLUTEN FREE AND SUGAR FREE!!! Since they are all gf I want to say celiacs are pretty safe. But I would ask just in case, as they do use bread for their sandwiches but the case of baked goods are all separated so I'm unsure. I just got the alfajor- which was nice but just okay. The cookie part was soft. Regular alfajores are made with shortbread cookies with Dulce de leche inside. It was still good and I'm thankful to have had so many choices to chose from. I also had the chocolate muffin. That was pretty good. Chocolate chips are just on top but true to almond flour baking it was perfectly moist. I also love the cool names for things. I had the mystic tea (green tea tumeric cardamom etc) I added steamed almond milk and I thought it may be weird with green tea base but I really liked it. My friends had the Americano and the love spell (rose based tea). And they loved theirs as well. As much as the pastries were gluten free- their menu had bread on it. My friend got a croissant egg sandwich and she said it was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and sweet!

The baked treats are all dairy free, egg free and vegan. We purchased the banana mini cake which was moist and delish. The big deal is every Tuesday with $2.00 mini cakes. We came on a very busy time since there were over twenty customers on a food walk tour trying to get their baked treats at once and it seemed the person behind the counter was overwhelmed, and I was too. The shop had really nostalgic items from the 70s and 80s scattered around the room including old albums and toys with a nice giant blue velvetish shoe seat. The parking was easy on the street for $1.50 an hour so not bad at all. They do offer a big parking garage too.

Immediately I was drawn in by the amazing music playlist that was playing and was immediately in awe by their cool things they had! Lots of vintage, lots of music, a little bit of everything! They have coffee, ice cream, and cakes! They are vegan, and have a lot of alternatives like no dairy c no eggs and such. The woman who helped us was super nice and attentive and was sure to get our order in. I'll definitely be sure to visit again !!

It was pretty sad when we received something that was horribly sticky, and I don't know how she didn't realize it when she handed it to me because it wasn't a surface on this that wasn't sticky. I personally had to proceed to clean it myself. I can typically look past that because unfortunately, it is quite common that a lot of restaurants don't clean high chairs and booster seats these days, which is kind of gross and definitely an oversight. But when the food came and we went to use the maple syrup that felt like it was doused in maple syrup. Again, you couldn't touch anywhere on the bottle without having it all over your hands. The bottle surprised me because it seems like it was just refilled, so I'm guessing the person dripped all over the bottle and just decided not to clean it before leaving it out for service. In the end, the meals were basic nothing spectacular. I asked for medium well poached eggs with my corned beef and I got extra runny. My husband said his French toast was fine and my son said the waffle was too sweet so he could only eat one (which is quite shocking for a six-year-old). I had set my expectations too high for the bougatsa, which I've been craving since my last trip to Greece. I was sad that this one was cold and drenched in honey, so it was also so soggy. I'm hoping this was an off-visit since it has been around for such a long time, and as you can see by the photos, everything is so picture perfect. It also does seem to get decent reviews. But on this trip, we will not be back.
