This has always been my local coffee spot ever since I moved to Miami. I went here for brunch…read morerecently and it was still so good. The service was great. This is a good place to study and get a good cup of coffee!

Interesting place! Friend recommended we meet up here for breakfast. We went early, 9am on a…read moreSaturday. The turn in is a bit awkward, but there parking lot was pretty much empty at that time (and completely full by the time we left). I do not have a large car and the spots are super narrow. If you drive a truck, I would not try to park in the inner lot in front of the entrance. The place is clearly LGBT friendly; kudos for the pride flags out front. I immediately felt like I was walking into a hipster cafe in Cali. You order and pay inside; get a table number and the bring your food and drinks out to you. There's indoor and outdoor seating. I got the secret pita and golden latte. Service was relatively quick. Drink came then food shortly after. I totally wasn't thinking when I got the golden latte. It was a bit warm outside for a hot latte but I wanted to try something unique. Hard to describe but I enjoyed it. It came with granola on the dish. Not sure if you are supposed to throw it in. The squirrels and birds ended up eating mine. Yes, there was a lot of wildlife that was not shy. The squirrel was literally eating out of my hand and would have sat on our table if my friend allowed it. The bird flew in and did just that though. Came back for seconds a few times. Then as the place got busier, they must have gone off to bother others. As an animal lover, this was a fun perk but may be a turn off to some. The presentation for the pita was unexpected. I had to open a the box to get to my meal. You can choose how the egg is cooked. I went with the default sunny side up. The chorizo hit. Hummus was ok. Kind of bland. I didn't care for olives and picked the fruit off my dessert pita. Felt like I had enough pita carbs by the time I got to it. The ambiance was mostly peaceful. They do play music which was on the border of getting too loud. Coffee was pricy but all coffee is now. The food was also on the high end. This would be a major factor on whether to come back. I don't recall anything unique on the menu aside from the pita. The menu appears to change seasonally though.

Pretty pathetic fraud of a product and hyped-up company. Their capsules are faulty…read more Using the same Nespresso machine that works perfectly well with several other brands, nothing comes out of their capsules. When I reached out to request a resolution, their email responses suggested a number of troubleshooting steps, but none of them worked for their capsules, and yet coffee came out perfectly using any other competing brand. When I called to follow up on the fruitless email chain, the person who answered put me on hold and checked with management twice and then proceeded to hide behind the part-time employee who had written the emails, saying she had gone home for the day and is the only person who could help resolve this issue. Ultimately, they refused to stand behind their product so there goes $109 down the toilet for these useless pods. And somehow I'm supposed to feel good that they are compostable! What a joke. Avoid this brand at all costs! Product doesn't work and they have no concept of customer service or brand reputation. Ask yourself why they have a perfect 5.0 rating on their website. Do you think they might delete the reviews that aren't five stars, just maybe?

Impossible to reach someone through chat during their business hours. I got a response a day later then radio silence. Luckily I was able to get in touch with them via email. The rep was very responsive through email, which I will give them credit for, but limited in the help they were able to provide. Also to their credit, I called in during business hours and I was able to get in touch with someone every time. The other representive I talked to was very knowledgeable about my product, but their hands were still tied with regard to the status of my order. I was lied to multiple times on when my item was shipped. I had to pester them for a tracking number, and then the tracking number was for my item, but it was being rerouted from a different warehouse to their Florida location. If an item is backordered, it should be listed on the website so we can expect longer than normal shipping times. If they were transparent when I ordered the product, that would have went a long way. The money I saved going with Artizan was a wash considering how long I had to wait for the item to be shipped. I asked to speak with a manager and the representative I spoke with assured me someone would be reaching out to me. I waited a day and followed up--still nothing. It's been well over a week and I've heard nothing. I was told the manager is "busy" and only works part time. Not my problem and not something the customer wants to hear. I bought an expensive product and I'm really hoping I never have to deal with Artizan for product support. I'm very satisfied with the roaster I bought, but it was a frustrating buying experience all around. If your customer service representatives have no power to change an order (with the exception of cancelling it outright), then at least make it so the manager (the only one with authority to do anything, I gather) isn't so elusive. I'm still waiting on a call-back...
