It was towards the end of the night, but still. A bit disappointed and I didn't eat it all. Their take on jalapeño chicken is actually pretty good. Spicy and a good sauce, which the rice soaked up. Summary: The price was fair for the quantity, but I think the limited space and corresponding reduced selection keeps interesting menu choices offered elsewhere to maybe one or two items, of which one display, didn't appeal. Friendly cashier though, but if they have a prime time, it's probably mid afternoon.

You're dealing with paying customers. Nobody is asking for five-star dining, just some basic respect and enough patience to let someone finish a sentence. Definitely not the level of service I normally expect from In-N-Out. Management might want to remind the staff that being fast is great, but being professional matters too.
