A burger I've gotten before was BITTEN into and my food was cold. On top of that I've witnessed TWO associates give out free food to their friends and one being a manager! One associate is a girl, with glasses, piercings, and dyed hair, the other it was hard to see their name tag but I believe I seen a A, it's a male.I heard their friend in the lobby bragging on how they are always given free food! We placed a mobile order for take out, I went to go pick up the food. Turns out it was missing a good portion of the order. I went back, and one of the team members was extremely polite and apologetic about the situation. The manager on duty was unapologetic, blunt and seemed amused that she wasn't able to do anything to make up for the mistake. My wife and I went there today at noon for 2 single cheeseburgers and an order of fries to take home to eat. Both burgers were soo overloaded with salt that they were not fit to eat. We even tried to scrape off the extra salt but all it did was remove the cheese. This is the second time this has happened to us and we will not be back. This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. We came inside on December 10th around 630 pm since the drive thru line was so long . When came in I was disgusted by the overflowing trash cans and trash all over he tables. It looked a though the dining room hadn't been cleaned since the start of the shift. My son and I came to this wendys we ordered through drive thru. First the service we received through the drive was bad the guy handed me my change to fast that coins went flying he didnt say sorry nor did he replace them. i had to keep asking for condiments and napkins because they didnt give me any with the order. Once i left the drive thru I pulled in the parking lot to eat the food with my son. When he took a bite of his baconator he found a quarter wrapped in tape and mold. Right away i went inside the restaurant to report it. I had to wait for the manager to get back from break. As we were waiting I can see all the youngster workers talking to each other and laughing about what i went in to complain about. When the manager got back of course she was a young girl to she made me feel as if this was a joke and we had purposely done this. How do I get a hold of the owner of this Wendy's? Manager working at the time of this review is complete garbage. He had a horrible attitude from the get go - no customer service skills at all. What kind of manager gets to his position with the attitude he has? Would not honor a valid coupon that expires in December because "it won't show up in the system". Pretty sure he doesn't know how to use the POS system. This place is very dirty. There were napkins trash everywhere on the floor in the kitchen area, you can see when you place order at counter. The soda machine looks very dirty and not maintained. When i get the Hi-C orange juice, the orange coloring squirts out directly on me a few times already, it never got fixed. Finally, the store had some changes. The floor is now looking better and the carpet had been fixed. The ladies and men who work in the counter are a mix of friendly and just plain quiet. An older man went in to order his food doing sign language. When his food was ready, he was called to get his food, but this young man, busy and all, went out of his way to bring the food to the customer since he can't hear his name being called. (This is when there is a long line inside the dine-in area. )Another lady who works in the drive-thru helped out a family who is dining-in. She brought their food with a smile.
