A burger I've gotten before was BITTEN into and my food was cold. On top of that I've witnessed TWO associates give out free food to their friends and one being a manager! One associate is a girl, with glasses, piercings, and dyed hair, the other it was hard to see their name tag but I believe I seen a A, it's a male.I heard their friend in the lobby bragging on how they are always given free food! We placed a mobile order for take out, I went to go pick up the food. Turns out it was missing a good portion of the order. I went back, and one of the team members was extremely polite and apologetic about the situation. The manager on duty was unapologetic, blunt and seemed amused that she wasn't able to do anything to make up for the mistake. As manager at a different food chain I would note that this behavior is very unbefitting of someone meant to lead the kitchen. read more

My wife and I went there today at noon for 2 single cheeseburgers and an order of fries to take home to eat. Both burgers were soo overloaded with salt that they were not fit to eat. We even tried to scrape off the extra salt but all it did was remove the cheese. This is the second time this has happened to us and we will not be back. This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. We came inside on December 10th around 630 pm since the drive thru line was so long . When came in I was disgusted by the overflowing trash cans and trash all over he tables. It looked a though the dining room hadn't been cleaned since the start of the shift. We stood waiting for someone to help us for over 5 minutes before a young lady finally laid any mind to us. We ordered quickly and waited for our food. My son and I came to this wendys we ordered through drive thru. First the service we received through the drive was bad the guy handed me my change to fast that coins went flying he didnt say sorry nor did he replace them. i had to keep asking for condiments and napkins because they didnt give me any with the order. Once i left the drive thru I pulled in the parking lot to eat the food with my son. When he took a bite of his baconator he found a quarter wrapped in tape and mold. Right away i went inside the restaurant to report it. I had to wait for the manager to get back from break. As we were waiting I can see all the youngster workers talking to each other and laughing about what i went in to complain about. When the manager got back of course she was a young girl to she made me feel as if this was a joke and we had purposely done this. How do I get a hold of the owner of this Wendy's? Manager working at the time of this review is complete garbage. He had a horrible attitude from the get go - no customer service skills at all. What kind of manager gets to his position with the attitude he has? Would not honor a valid coupon that expires in December because "it won't show up in the system". Pretty sure he doesn't know how to use the POS system. When explained we drove here because of this coupon, he told us the coupon doesn't work and that we'll have to pay full price with his hands waving around in the air. We left with nothing. read more

Worst ran Wendy's. I ordered a 2/6$ deal that they had and was charged full price and then the manager blamed me for them not charging me properly. She also would not honor the deal, even after I told them that they charged me wrong. I won't go back. I got a gift card so I decided to visit this location because it is close my house- ugh! What a mistake. Thursday I drove by and the line was too long but Saturday night I returned and again the drive thru line was long, so my husband decided to go inside to see if he could "beat us" but that didn't make sense to me as the car was already trapped in the line, so I had to ask the car behind us to let us out. Inside was empty and the employees were goofing around. The floors were dirty, some tables needed to be cleaned, and there was no napkins in either dispenser. I got my order ( completely overpriced) and on the way home I started eating the fries- they were terrible, strangely seemed like no salt and old. I waited to eat my hamburger and it was even grosser! Like mush, no consistency and very over sauced. So I look and it appears that they didn't cook it enough- just a waste.
