Wow. This was the honestly the best fast food experience I've ever had in my entire life. I'm 31 years old and have been all around the world and to all 50 states and this one topped them all. I ordered a triple western bacon, I'm not kidding you it looked better than what you see commercials advertise. I don't usually leave reviews for fast food but the experience here was so great I just had to do it. I also emailed corporate team and let them know that these people need to be acknowledged and rewarded tangibly. Usually when you go to fast food place you get the feeling as if you're an inconvenience to the workers, not this place they were great. The young Latino man who took my order and handed me the food was super friendly, had a great attitude and work ethic. I didn't get a chance to see who made the amazing burger I received but great job to you as well! The fast food industry seriously needs to get on your level because your team working tonight provided the best service and product I've ever had from a fast food chain. I felt like I was back in the 1920's when people were happy to be doing service work. Please corporate office, I hope you're reading this and take the time to reward this type of great work. Let me first say the Service and Staff were excellent . But that's kind of where the buck stops. I don't know if it's just me but I feel that what you pay for and what you get are two different things. I ordered the Big Hamburger Combo and from what I remember the patties were the same size as the famous star, not anymore it's more of a jr size now (the photo shows the ranch dip on the burger to show the size of patty) the value is no longer there. Come on Carls I know prices are going up all over but please don't charge $9 for a combo and call it Big when it's a normal small burger patty. 7/9/23, 1815, First time sitting inside this location. We were pleasantly surprised, it was very clean and we were met by friendly staff. Went here and got a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo and a kids happy meal. You can tell now a lot of food businesses are cutting corners with their food due to COVID Pandemic. Both my combo fries and kids meal fries were cold and stale. The lettuce on the Spicy Chicken Sandwich looked really nasty; with hints of being rotten expired. It's sad as I know businesses aren't selling as much as they are used too, but you can tell this place isn't getting rid of old / expired food. I went through the drive through and was ordering breakfast for me and my fiancé and the woman over the mic was incredibly rude. Every question is asked was answered with attitude and sass. At that point I figured maybe she's just having a bad day so I proceeded to the charge out window. Once there she opened the window I said hi and she completely blew me off and snatched my card. I was ticked. She then handed me my food still saying nothing but forgot my drink. Once I addressed it she rolled her eyes closed the window and brought me back my drink. Annoyed and mad at this point I ended up going inside asking to speak to the manager for a refund with out complaining and the manager proceeded to give me sass as well. The night care is horrible! Especially ALBERT! I went through the drive-through and asked if I can place two separate orders and ALBERT rudely said, "NO! That because of the "system" I have never heard that before. After his response, I ordered two #1s regular size and he rudely asked "if I want a combo," isn't ordering two #1s regular size a combo? the food wasn't tooo terrible. Old, but not bad I guess. The employees won't even fill up your drink all the way, yes the picture attached is what my drink looked like when handed to me a 2nd time. The first time (drink filled to same level minus the sip I took) I asked for them to change out the c02 because the soda was flat. The genius employee who works there asks me if I wanted another flavor soda. Why would I want another flavor if your c02 is out? I just went through the drive thru and was asked to park and wait. There were at least 2 other cars waiting in the parking lot. The truck beside me and behind me received their food. I watched the man behind me go back inside with his bag. Right after he went in they brought my bag out and wasn't sure if the order was mine so I proceeded to go through the bag. As I was doing so, the man that I saw go in with his bag approached my car and informed me that they gave him my order and that he had gone through the order with his hands and that they gave me the same food he had touched. The night crew sucked on October 10th @8:30pm they didn't let me place 2 separate orders then after I ordered 4 different full meals with sides like jalapeño poppers they gave me ZERO sauce they didn't offer me any then when I tried asking them for some as I was leaving they ignored me two different works the fat guy with the curly hair and the white chick who looked like she hated her life. I go to this location the most since it's near my place. I don't leave reviews but after reading the negative ones here, I want to leave my 2 cents. I don't expect much from fast food places because the staff is usually young and this is where most young people are supposed to learn that work ethic everyone wants. I've never had exceptional service here, but never bad. 90% of the time I get great attitudes and smiles going through the drive-thru. It was a little different yesterday, 10/30/2014 around 5pm. I went inside to order. Upon walking in, was greeted with a "welcome" and a smile by an employee who was cleaning up the seating area. As I walk towards the cashier line, said employee swiftly walks behind a register, still smiling and asks for my order. There were 2 other able employees who could have taken my order, but she took the initiative to do it herself. I order and get my To Go # and proceed to fill my large tea. Before I can put sugar into my cup, they call my number. I was the only in-store customer with a few in the drive thru. As I walked out, I couldn't help but think about how nice and attentive the employee was. TLDR; Greeted with an exceptional employee. 5-8 min from walk-in to walk-out.
