Came here to try the breakfast pretty good I got the loaded croissant sandwich with a hash brown delicious . I will come back and then they had cute little jibbies for a limited time grabbed a couple of those. Plenty of parking and they had a drive thru. Made a digital order and went to drive thru at this location around 9pm last night and when I tell the employee my name thru the speaker he keeps pronouncing my name wrong after I clearly repeat myself multiple times. By the way RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! No "Hi welcome To Jack in the box" also did not acknowledge anything and just said "Pull forward" No thanks or anything, then when I arrive at the pickup window I can visibly see that employee laughing the whole time to the coworker (the cook) and he would pause and glance at me and make eye contact then continue laughing with the cook in the back. Then when he is about to hand me my food I see that he is trying his to keep himself together from laughing more. I have been going to this Jacks for over 10 years and the drive thru as well as the in store service has been consistently very good. Seldom are there mistakes in my orders and the day manager is quick to make amends. The food is almost always hot as is the coffee and the chicken sandwiches are tasty. There are other Jacks nearby but this store is the best and the manager should be given an award for customer service. read more

This is the worst jack in the box I've been to. First time it was 5am and I went to buy breakfast, they told me they weren't open. Come to find out openers were outside smoking and talking . 2nd time coming here and the cashier didn't want to assist he told the customer before me to use the kiosk to order (understandable trying to get that to be used) but I asked him while he's ordering can you take my order the guy didn't want to even though he's just standing there. He had to take my order since I was paying cash and after I asked him what he was doing then. There should be secret drop ins to audit your staff and leadership because even after I got my food I came home and had to go back because they didn't give me some items in my order. Just to see the same customer that was in front of me still waiting for their food.These are just some of the things dealing with them. I've used the mobile app for both the Trautwein and Alessandro locations multiple times (mostly for breakfast before my round of golf) and have been completely satisfied. I can't remember ever getting poor quality or cold food. I typically order a loaded breakfast sandwich with modifications and they have always gotten it right and my sandwich has always come out of the wrapper more than just warm. Everytime i come here they "ran out of shake supplies" or "the machine doesn't work" and that's only at night, but during the day time it always works fine. It's always open. This Jack in the Box is easy to get some grub and get going since it's right off Van Buren. I always have a habit of ordering some thing different than what's on the menu. I hate places that have things under a warmer and by the time I get it it's old tasting. This location seems to get my order right which is tops in my book because I generally order in the drive through. Nothing is more disappointing than to order a breakfast sandwich without cheese or bacon only to get on the road unwrap it and its got cheese or bacon. I want what I order cooked fresh and this place seems to do it well. If I get a jumbo jack without tomato or pickle they seem to make sure it's not on the burger. Of course most places will get my order mostly right but generally I'll still have globs of tomato guts on my burger still but the physical tomato is not on it soo technically the order is correct. Anyway this location must have double checks in their order system to make sure the order is right because my orders have been spot on. I went through the drive through today & had the worst experience. The guy at the drive through was extremely rude. I forgot to order a drink & when I got to the window I asked if I could add a drink & he said no you can't add anything after you order at the speaker.. so I said "ok. I post reviews to warn people about bad businesses or rude employees and I feel like this review was Necessary. It has happened many times that I buy like 14 tacos and they almost never give the right amount. I basically always let it slide but this time I decided to do something about it, so I called the place and the person I was talking to (the manager) said that it was no problem and that she would put my name on a board and when I came again I would receive 4 tacos and 2 curly fries. About 2 weeks later I call again just to make sure that I could pick it up today and another manager responds. Right off the bat she was a terrible communicator. I could tell English was not her first language (I get that it's hard to speak another language) and so since I speak Spanish I started talking in that language instead. She was very stand-offish and overall snobbish and rude. She also acted like as if I was wasting her time. She said to me in Spanish "look ma'm people make mistakes everyone makes mistakes" and yes I totally agree EVERYONE MAKES MISTAKES but after you make that same mistake for over 3 times it gets irritating especially since those tacos are not free. Oh and worst of all I asked for her name at the end and then she hesitated (I could tell she did not want to give it to me) and then she said "ruby" after a long moment of thinking. This obviously leads me to believe that she gave me a fake name. When you give someone a fake name it's because you know they are going to call you out and you know that you were being rude so I believe that she knew she had a nasty attitude. This place is ridiculous. I recommend not coming here at all for any meal. I came through the drive-through here three weeks ago but didn't Yelp then because I figured it was a one time problem. Out for some late dinner around midnight on a Friday night. Knowing that Jack would be open we stopped by only to find the drive thru line around the corner and into the parking lot. We saw that other customers were still inside we decided it would be quicker ordering at the counter. Well stupid me I forgot that I had my Star Trek cloaking device in my pocket because my girlfriend and I were completely invisible to the staff working. It was almost comical to watch them working along at a furious pace all the while we invisible to the entire world. I felt like Harry freaking Potter with his magical cloak sneaking around Hogwarts. I'm not joking we must have to have given them quite a fright when one of us would speak up asking for service and they would only looked around with a distant and confused look upon their faces. I could of swore that one of the girls working saw us because she looked directly in our direction. However the magic concealing us from their view was stronger than her powers of perception and she simply shrugged her shoulders and went back to working the french fry machine. Other customers inside didn't have the power of invisibility like us and were receiving their food.
