I decided to visit this place since they recently opened. Staff member was really nice. My issue was they are not following Covid-19 protocol. They had more than 25% capacity all their tables were being used. Customers were not asked to wear a mask even if they weren't eating/drinking. Not 6ft distance between tables or barriers between booths/tables. They had a live band playing none of the member were wearing a mask. Our table was the only ones wearing mask beside the staff members. Food was good we order fish/shrimp tacos, filete plate and cocktel de camarón that was more on the salty side. I definitely don't see myself going back anytime soon unless they changed and follow public health guidelines. read more

It's hard to tell from the outside that you're walking into a Mexican seafood restaurant, but alas...you are! Super yummy sauces, soups and seafood dishes, especially if you're an adventurous eater. Service was impeccable and the waitress came with recommendations as well. The decor needs work, it's very meh...needs some more character, but they are abiding by COVID standards with booths that are blocked by protective shields, sanitizer and temperature checks at the door. Also huge bummer, there was no bartender the day we were there. What goes better with Mexican seafood than a margarita? We had to settle for beer, which my whole table was not happy about... I have only had the mojarra frita and the ceviche de pescado here but they are my go to every time. Fast friendly service and the Jamaica and Horchata are both perfect as well. I do wish there was less red onion to pescado ratio in the ceviche but that's because I'm not a super onion fan, but the ceviche is still so good I order it regularly! read more

The shrimp we're cooked to perfection, the ceviche was off the chain and the guacamole my husband ate and he doesn't even like guacamole. We will be going back for more yummy food soon. I really love this ! The wife and I enjoy meals from here every Friday for lent! Every time I come I like to try something new and I never been let down. But my go to and my favorite is the fried whole fish with rice. This time around we had what is almost like a seafood boil I'm not to sure what it's called in Spanish ! But check out the photo ! Wow! A friend had been to this spot a couple times, and wanted to share it with my mom and I. Boy, were we happy. Can't wait to go back. We had the fish ceviche, a sample of which our waitress also brought to table so we had a lot of it. The regular was way more than 3 of us could eat, so we brought home a hearty portion of it. My other 2 at table were craving shrimp, so had the bacon wrapped and breaded/fried versions. Both were solid, and the portion sizes were giant. I spotted the Marispilla Relleña during my scan of menu, and instantly knew that seafood served in a carved-out pineapple covered in cheese was the dish for me. The photo and description didn't do it justice. First, those ingredients were perfectly done. But what really made it was the sauce it had. A sweet sauce, which I don't know if it was the pineapple in it or honey or just sugar...but that touch of sweet was incredible. Our server was kind and helpful. Restaurant wasn't packed, but moderately busy on a Saturday night and quite lively with Mexicana loudly playing and Liga MX on the tv (another one had Wheel of Fortune, for some reason?). Service is prompt, friendly, and efficient. The quality of the food is great. We had Camarones Ala Diabla ( spicy shrimp)and Caldo de Sietares, a seafood soup containing crab, shrimp, scallops, fish, mussels, etc. Terrific. Chips are served warm , along with a shrimp salsa and a potent green sauce. They do take out as well. For only being open a couple of days, I was impressed at how they had their act together. From the hard folding chairs, to the staff that speaks absolutely no English (which to some degree is fine, and with my limited Spanish we got by) so we couldn't ask any questions about the menu, to the horrendously loud music...we didn't stick around for dinner.
