It was a beautiful afternoon, so we ate outside. Salsa music was playing at a level where you can speak and hear perfectly. Amazing tropical vibe. We ordered the small picadera, which was plentiful. The dish came with chicharron de pollo (fried chicken chunks), masitas de cerdo (friend pork chunks), pescado frito (fried fish), sorullitos (friend corn meal rolls), house made plantain chips, and mayo ketchup. It was hot, fresh, and tasty. We also ordered a mofongo with caldo de pescado (fish broth). The mofongo was amazing and the pescado broth was delectable! Light, thin, tasty, and not oily at all. For drinks my fiance had a honey jack and coke. I hard a parcha (passionfruit) Sangria. Both drinks were made well. The service was friendly and expedient. Our waitress was kind and attentive. To top it all off, the prices were affordable. We'll be back again before we go back to the states.

The pieces of fish were giant by US restaurant standards. We loved the vegetable mofongo with mushroom sauce as a shared appetizer. It's huge and certainly would be a nice meal for anyone hungry. The snapper and dolphin were both tasty and cooked well. The children's macncheese with chicken was so big the adult who ordered it still took food home. Oh, and complimentary fish broth and garlic bread were served. Very enjoyable and well priced meals.

Both were filled with so much flavor. The staff was beyond excellent, they did a great job of explaining the menu and our options. Overall, we found a great new place to visit on the island. We got there and found the doors locked but, they heard us and opened up to allow us to get in before closing. Even at the late hour, everything was amazing, We had several appetizers which were all great but, the Camerons con Pulpo en Ajo, was off the chart, we also had a fish appetizer and croquettes bacalao, main courses include steaks and tomahawk pork chop and they too were all amazing. We normally don't opt in for dessert but, decide to celebrate a great day with family by theming their homemade bread pudding with homemade vanilla ice cream. It was an amazing ending to a great meal! I highly recommend this place should you be in this part of the island! You will not be disappointed!

On top of that charged us extra for it. Waiter didn't come by for drink refills either. Very disappointed for the poor service and lack of consideration. $275 for 4 drinks, mofongo, fish tacos, fish with rice & beans and churrasco.
