They helped me get a tow, suggested I talk to my insurance about reimbursement for the tow (good call, I can submit for a reimbursement!), looked at AND fixed the car on the same day. The prices were reasonable especially for the amount of work that was done and how quickly they did it. They even had to go pick up a special part for my car. Their communication and customer service is the best I've ever received from a auto shop. To top it off, they gave me a little bit of a discount off my total bill which was a nice surprise.
