We had our car towed here just recently. They rudely refused to fix what they "thought may be wrong" until we did another $200 service first. I brought my 02 Honda CRV in to Tony for him to look at a noise coming from the front end today at 9am. He finally called me at 2:14pm to tell me that all the parts I replaced in the past few months were ShIT parts and that I should not be using any other than original Honda parts. He told me that he test drove my vehicle and didn't hear any noise and again said it's probably my shit parts making noise. I then went to pick up my vehicle and told him that he is rude and that he is a piece of shit not my vehicle. He charged me $60 and told me the car was fine-no problems- just a little rust. So I take it to get inspected and the car fails because they said I need new brakes, front and back. My visit to Tony's Honda was nothing like I thought I would experience. I went there for new brakes. I was informed that I would need a few other things fixed. I agreed to get the brakes fixed for $200. I dropped my car off around 8 am. I was told that my car would be ready by the afternoon and they would give me a call. I never received a call and had to call them. I decided that I would eventually come back in to get what they suggested fixed. Tony said that there is a $100 deposit towards the parts. I signed a receipt for $300 without any further details on this transaction. I had my friend who is a mechanic tell me that I over payed for brakes and he would fix what I needed done. I called back Tony's honda where the guy who works there was very rude and acting as if he could not hear me when I asked for my $100 back. The phone was passed to Tony and he said that I would not be able to get a refund because the parts that they ordered were special and they could not return. I researched later that day and found the same parts at shop around the area which were not so special after all. I could not understand how a business could rob me of $100. I will never go back there again for any services and I do not recommend that anyone go there, I don't care how long they've been in business, I am disappointed. read more

Horrible auto shop! Will never go there again. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called about a tire rotation. Was told a price and a time to come in. Once I brought my car in the rude mechanic said no leave I'm not working on your car. It's too low. I can't and won't work on it. I told him his lifts are no different than any other lift I've taken my car to, not to mention this same shop rotated my tires just a year ago. Same shop! How a year later my car is too low...which I mind you my car isn't that low. Never have I dealt with such a rude mechanic before and will never go here again! Worst business ever!!!! I've been going to Tonys for years with multiple vehicles. He is an excellent and honestly mechanic. Whereas the dealer has scared us with exorbitant prices, or requests needless repairs; Tony will simply tell you, you don't need it. He understands what it's like to be on a budget and there's no b.s. His shop is clean. He will work with you on parts and you can be assured that he knows what he is doing. I have 2 Hondas. I brought one of them to the dealer for a recall repair and was told that I needed over $3,000.00 in other repairs and suggested maintenance. I took it to Tony (and Dave) to hopefully get a better price on parts and service. They recommended that I do nothing except an oil change. Three years later, I have not had any problems with that car and saved over $3,000 in uneccessary repairs. They now care for both of my cars. I took my car to this guy and he kept saying from now on bring my car to him, over and over again and again like a salesman. I pain Tony's Honda 400 hundred to fix clucking noise in my suspension but when I picked up the car the noise was still there. I called Tony's Honda up and they said the noise is a little bit better. I said but I paid to have it fixed and if you can't fix it you should have told me. They replied, "What do you think we are miracle workers? You can't expect us to fix it for 400 dollars." I've been so dumb to keep going to these guys and letting them scam me. He once spilled so much oil onto the engine of my NEW car while doing an oil change that my car end up smoking under the hood and out the exhaust for a more than a month. All he said was sorry and that the smoke should go away in a couple of days, and then he continued to charge me for all the service with no discount even after they messed up my car. I had a seat replaced on my honda Pilot at Tony's, he took a deposit and told me he would call me when it arrived, he never called, I called him a few weeks later and he said it was in, dropped off the car and he replaced the seat, when I went to pick up the car , the seat did not match, it was a darker gray vs a lighter gray that is in the car, he assured me it was the same color when it was not, said it was just because of the sun, I told him keep the old seat because I would want it swapped back in, he assured me he would keep it but could not swap it out that day, I went back three times to attempt to have it done and the first 2 times they were short staffed so they could not do it. I told them I would come back after the new year to have it swapped out, they said just show up, we'll today I did and Tony said he threw my old seat out! WTF I made 3 attempts to have him fix the issue and he throw out the old seat. He said it was no big deal. He became a As**** when I pointed out it was their mistake and said there was nothing he would do. Totally unprofessional and I will never send anyone there nor will I be back, find another shop, his ego and lack of caring is not worth it. I work too hard for my money to give it to someone like him, if I could give zero stars I would. read more

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BIG EGO. I called in the am and explained to Tony I have a 2014 Honda Civic that needed an entire 3rd Brake light assembly. (Not A Bulb). He said ok call back in 1hr and I'll have a price. Called back in an hr. Then he tells me you just need a bulb no need to change the assembly. I told him that the dealer diagnosed the problem and said I needed the entire assembly. I was hoping Tony would give me a lower price than the dealer. Then he tells me to bring the car down. I said I have no time, I already told you what the problem was. He then say's if you don't want to bring the car down then why don't you just take it to the dealer. The professional answer would have been to quote me the price and labor like he first committed to then I could decide if his price was lower, then give him the business. In place of good customer service, Tony put his ego first. I ve tried to bring my business there in the past but Tony has a take it or leave it attitude. i took my car to Tony's and as far as i can tell the repairs were done but after i got my car home i notice one of my muffler tips missing and the casing around where my trunk clip when it is close missing so i am saying this to let u know if u take your car to Tony's check it very good before you leave in and out the reason i know it happen at Tony's is because if it was just the muffler tip I would say no way but because a part of the inside of the trunk is missing I know for sure it happened at Tony's so a word to the wise be careful with your cars and check them good for missing parts read more
