I just want them in a bag. The order process goes like this: go to counter, i would like these 4 kinds. each of my 4 bagels needs to be entered as a custom order - naked bagel not toasted. Then instead of that person placing 4 bagels in a bag and handing it to me, it goes to the back and waits in a long queue of other orders. Then 10 min later someone comes out of the back, and takes my 4 bagels from the front. They they walk back to put them in a bag. Then they place the bag in the window and ring the bell, so the person taking orders can hand them to me once they stop taking other orders. Why so complicated??
