Literally the best bagel I have ever had in my entire life. I ascended into a different realm when…read moreI bit into this fluffy piece of heaven. I know they are more known for their smash burgers (which also looks fire) but the bagels are where it's at. I came with a friend around 9 AM and there were a few people waiting outside but we got our order taken quickly. The flavors are super interesting but my expectations were still tempered at this point because..how good can a bagel be? The answer: so freaking good. We ordered the blueberry bagel with peach jalapeño cream cheese and an Asiago bagel with scallion Parmesan cream cheese. They came out PIPING HOT. Like it burned my fingers when I held it. For how hot this bagel was, I was surprised the cream cheese didn't just melt and flow everywhere into a big mess. The integrity was there and the hot fluffy bagel beautifully contrasted the crisp exterior. The blueberry bagel had a sprinkle of crystal sugar on top which I've never seen before but added a good texture. I loved the peach jalapeño cc. It wasn't spicy but the jalapeño flavor complimented the sweetness of the peach. We did have to wait longer than expected (about 15-20 minutes) but it was so worth it. Keep in mind that seating is outdoors but the space is covered so it is hot but not unbearable. Overall, I will be back to try other cream cheese flavors!! Ratings Blueberry bagel with peach jalapeño cc: 5/5 Asiago bagel with scallion parmesan cc: 5/5

Lines can be hit or miss depending on the time of day; we were here about 8:30 and it wasn't too bad. Their lox cream cheese is the best and I will always get some to take home for bagels over the next few days. The other thing we love is their passion fruit ice tea and I will typically order it without ice so I can bring it home to enjoy later in the day. Every single type of bagel they make is wonderful with that perfect chewy tug and tender inside and they are always cooked to perfection. Excellent!

I ordered the medic breakfast sandwich on a jalapeno check bagel that should come with Taylor's ham which is so so yummy.. I got home today to start eating my sandwich and there is no Taylor's ham on it at all... I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed given the bagel sandwich is $17 with my add ons... next time I go in I will be asking for atleast a discount because this is so unacceptable. Now I'm just stuck eat a bagel sandwich with no meat protein as d the Taylor ham is one of my favorite parts.. :( As always staff is very lovely and place is very busy but please double check ordered before just giving them out.. especially when you charge the prices you do.. :(

I got a blended chai, asiago bagel with cream cheese, and cinnamon roll. I like super sweet drinks and read that the chai can be spicy so I asked for it to be sweetened; I might try it without next time because it was plenty sweet and the best chai I've had in Phoenix. Also the best bagel I've had here - fresh, super cheesy, perfect balance between soft and cheesy. The cinnamon roll was because they didn't have cupcakes but it worked out. It was soft and smothered in incredible cream cheese frosting. I live within a block of 4 coffee shops downtown and will happily drive here from now on for my weekend treat. Plus, from their Instagram, I support their values and advocacy. A new favorite!

My favorite thing is the bodega bagel - your choice of bagel with cream cheese, tomato, and bacon. It's so nice being able to get a breakfast item without eggs (since I can't eat them) that is filling and delicious. I also love the m&m cookie and get one every time I go! The environment is so welcoming and inclusive, and all of the staff are friendly. The restrooms are not gendered and clean as well! We don't live close, but I love every excuse I have to visit.

The pictures on their website look equally as delicious so I was very excited to see how it was going to turn out! Now, my server was incredible! I cannot remember her name but she was extremely attentive and very very friendly!! I loved her! Now, let's get to the food. Trust me when I say, THIS IS THE BEST BENEDICT I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. It was cooked so well! From the Jalepeno bialy, to the delicious chorizo (and I don't even like chorizo), to the perfectly cooked poached eggs, and the delicious hollandaise sauce drizzled to perfection. I absolutely LOVE that they didn't skimp you on the sauce because it was fantastic. I cannot wait to go back and try other breakfast items and their lunch! Excellent visit! Thank you!!

The first order came out with salmon. When I pointed out the mistake, the waitress actually told me that "open face" means salmon. I've eaten bagels my whole life and have never heard anything so ridiculous. The second order came out and the bagel wasn't even toasted. The third order finally had tomatoes, but it was absolutely loaded with cream cheese after I specifically asked for very light cream cheese. Three attempts to make a simple bagel correctly while the restaurant was nearly empty is unacceptable. This place used to be good, but the service has clearly gone downhill. There were at least six waiters walking around, yet nobody checked on our table or even offered a coffee refill. Attention to detail and customer service seem to be a thing of the past here. Very disappointing.
