I think next time I won't get it toasted, as I think that may have dried it out a little bit. They also have breakfast bagels sandwiches that you can have on a gluten free bagel. The pastrami and saurkraut are so juicy that it did make an impact on the bottom piece of bread, BUT I still ate every bite and would still highly recommend.
