Today after Pilates class my friend and I went for a little breakfast. We decided to go in and sit and chat. There were so many delicious sounding options. I landed on the Chorizo Sunrise breakfast sandwich. It has chorizo of course, avocado, cheese, eggs and jalapeños salsa shmear! That shmear was delicious! Hadn' t been here for quite some time. Popped by before a necessary shopping trip -- stores not open yet. However, a friend was there who recommended the Farmhouse. Ham, egg, cheese. nothing there to go wrong with. It was pretty early so it was sparsely populated. Some were regular patrons, you could tell by their interactions with the staff. The atmosphere was clean and cheery. Our food was good; well prepared and hot. From my most recent visit I find it difficult to imagine what it's been like for the other reviewers. I ordered a half dozen of bagels and shmear and only received the bagels. I called the beach and was told I could either return to get the shmear or receive a refund. I live an hour away and was just passing through the area to take food home and noticed as soon as I reached my destination and called. When I requested a refund for the above reason that I was told was an option the employee then told me that they couldn't do that and he would have to ask the manager. I requested to receive a call from the manager and was ensured I would receive one, preferably before the store closed. I have still not heard back from the manager or the establishment nor have I received a refund. I'm truly disappointed as I've never had issues with the food being good, but the service seems to have severely declined. read more

I stopped by at 10:30am on a Friday morning. The place was hopping with about 10 seated customers and a few cars in the drive-through. As I entered, an employee was wiping down the table tops and the rest of the dining area was clean, as was the bathroom. I had a simple order of a cinnamon bagle, toasted, with cream cheese and a small coffee. Coffee is self service with several varieties available. The coffee was hot. The Bagles here aren't my absolute favorite but I like them. They aren't as chewy as I prefer and a bit softer. The cream cheese seemed to be of the whipped variety. The counter person was friendly and the bagel was delivered to my table very quickly. It's a chill vibe here. Very bright inside due to lots of windows letting the sunshine in. I felt very comfortable and the noise level was subdued with cool music playing. read more

Update to the business: how about you actually make it easy for customers to contact you. That contact form is a black hole from my experience. It took calling the store every day for a week, leaving multiple messages, and you all still couldn't issue a refund. Completely unacceptable. The food was OK. As someone with a sensitive belly, the breakfast sauce was terrible for me and didn't taste the best.. coffee is expensive and absolutely AWFUL. Will buy the hash browns again forsure. They were hands down the best I've ever had! read more

Service was fine. I went through the drive through and had a simple order with no changes so not hard to get it right. Food and drink were awful. The burrito is warmed up in a microwave and tastes like it. The pumpkin latte was just a cup of sugar that tasted more like fake sweetener. This place isn't on my normal go to list of places. But I had a coupon for a free egg sandwich with any purchase they sent me for my birthday. I believe this is my second time at this place. I ordered the garlic bagel with smoked salmon smear and the farmhouse egg sandwich with double egg. Neither one disappointed! I enjoyed them both (I didn't eat both at the same time of course lol) although I did forget that they put the smear on the bagel for you which I don't like. This vegan and his vegan sweetie were so disappointed to learn that einstein has discontinued the vegan cream cheese. With many other national restaurants becoming vegan friendly it is suprising to see einsteins reverse this trend. What would Albert think? Then to sprinkle some salt in my wound our ancient grain bagels were 'warmed' despite being asked for extra toasty. And the tomatoes and spinach weren't delivered with our orders. My black dark roast coffee is excellent. The staff was prompt in replacing the hazelnut coffee that had run out. The avocado spread was very good. read more

I'm so shocked by this place!! I gave them a fourth try and four times in a row they messed up. My husband and I have been three times before and each time something was wrong. We never complained because normally we were able to fix it ourselves. I ordered a chocolate chip bagel in the drive thru with plain cream cheese on the side today. After I drove away, I noticed I had no cream cheese in my bag. I went back and went inside, the cashier guy was nice and was getting me a tub and I told him I just needed a side of it because I didn't pay for a tub of it. He went to get a side of cream cheese in the back and a women, who I'm assuming is the manager, stopped him and started questioning what was going on. I explained that I got my bagel but just wanted the plain cream cheese. She started arguing with me... she told me several times I got the cream cheese and that she herself put it in the bag. I told her that I did not get it and that I just wanted the cream cheese. She handed it over to me and I walked out. Ived worked in food service, you just don't argue with a customer for no reason. Especially over a SIDE OF CREAM CHEESE, seriously how rude and disrespectful. Clean and nice inside, but a little bit of a weird feeling in entering. I had never been and looked at the baked goods for awhile before any of the employees acknowledged me. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. You don't go to the "order here" sign sometimes, you go to the "pay here", most people seemed to know that. The Cinnamon Strudel muffin was warm and delicious, the medium roast coffee was not too strong for me, it was good. Would go back, I think my entry was timed with a drive thru rush. So my boyfriend and I went through the drive thru on December 14, 2019 around 10am. We got through the drive thru line quick and our problem started at the window. The woman told us the total and we gave her the a card to pay with. She did the transaction but didn't give us a receipt. I ordered the mushroom spinach Swiss bagel with no egg add mayo. Now I'm mostly vegan, but will have very little dairy on occasion ie the mayo and Swiss cheese. I cannot however, tolerate eggs. The woman hands us the bag and there's only one bagel in it. I can't get her attention but a younger guys hears my, "Excuse me." And comes to the window to see what the issue is. I told him we are missing a bagel. So he takes the bag back and a few minutes later another bagel is added. I have a feeling things may not be right so we pull into a parking spot to eat. For the price, this place is not worth it. We normally go to Old School Bagel Cafe on Yale, but we were in this area and decided to give this place a try. Einstein Bro's bagels are tiny in comparison and are actually more expensive! So we start eating our bagels, next thing I know I taste egg. I think to myself no way. I look closer at the bagel and there's a piece of egg in it. Like they put the egg on, then noticed there wasn't supposed to be an egg and took it back off but missed a piece. I was instantly done and nauseous. I actually puked in the parking lot. My bf was disappointed with his bagel as well and needless to say we will not be back to this establishment. I normally dont have anything bad to say about einstein bagel but with that being said I drove 20 mins out the way so 40 all together - for a applewood bacon cheddar and french toast shmearful mix. After making it all the way back home I open my bag to find a sausage bagel with a blueberry muffin. My ticket clearly says the order I had asked for but it was incorrect sure it's my fault for not checking but I shouldnt have to do so. I like to start my day here. All the bagels are freshly made and they have a huge variety. Try the Nova Lox salmon bagel -- you'll be hooked!! It's your choice of bagel (9-grain or pumpernickel work well with this.) It's a layer of creamcheese on top with sprinkles of capers on it. Then a thin slice of sweet red onion and tomato with the smoked salmon on top. I'm not usually a fan of capers, but they really work well here with the salmon. The workers are all friendly and the place is kept very clean. The only real down-side is the WiFi. It's horrible. I know, it's supposed to be a place to eat, but if I could stay connected long enough to check my email and what's going on in the office, it would be much more useful. read more

Best bagels in OK but they are usually short staffed and swamped. Worth the wait but don't go if your in a hurry.

I previously gave this store a one star review, because it was consistently awful. The store is now under new management, and everything is much improved - faster service, good order accuracy and friendly employees. Kudos to the new manager. Well done! read more
