I ordered a too good to go order and received an assorted box with a wide variety of bagels, ranging from sweet to savory to slightly spicy. It was a great mix and gave me the chance to try flavors I would not normally order. The first thing I noticed was how soft these bagels are. Some of the softest I have had. They are flavorful on their own, which is not always the case with bagels. I do not usually go for spicy options, but the jalapeño cheese bagel was so good I almost ate it all on the ride home lol. Worst customer service ever. Told the girl my name for my pickup order and it wasn't ready. When it was ready no one let me know it was ready and it was just sitting on the counter and I had to wait until after the cashier was done helping customers to let her know again that I was there for my pickup order. She also tried to give my friend my order but she gave him the wrong order. I ordered one bagel sandwich and she gave us a bag with multiple bagels and sandwiches. I went here to get a breakfast bagel and they have changed their bagels. The bagels were much smaller than they used to be and the prices have gone up. There are a lot of bagel shops in town that have not changed the size of their bagel only their prices. Let's just say that if you want to see how NOT to do customer service, she's the one to watch. The item I ordered rang up at the wrong price. Mind you, I'm looking right at the board showing "NEW!" and "$7.49." The price she gave me was $8.67 with tax, so I told her that price was wrong. All she kept repeating was "that's my price." So then I asked what is that before tax, and she initially refused, but eventually, grudgingly, said $7.99. So I pointed to the price on the board, and without even looking, she said that must be wrong. That's not how it works. They have to honor the advertised price. Terrible. It comes with avocado, spinach, tomatoes, tomato basil spread, I added an egg, all on an everything bagel (but you can choose any kind you like)! It was so tasty. I've gotta start this review by saying I love Einsteins and eat at this location probably once a week. Most of the time I just go through the drive thru. The older Hispanic lady with the bad laminate eyebrows taking the order at the window always asks if I want to leave a tip with my meal to which I always reply "no thank you" considering I'm DRIVING THRU to pickup my food. After speaking with two employees a manager finally asks "what's the problem?" After explaining I received the incorrect order, the manager proceeds to bark at the employees advising someone else has a wrong order too. After my order was corrected she literally tossed the bag on the counter and turned away....no I'm sorry for the inconvenience or anything. The young lady that rung me up was patient with me as I excitedly used my discount coupons to ponder which sandwiches I wanted for the "buy one get one free deal." I'd never eaten here so my husband and I decided to stop for breakfast this morning. We both ordered the Southwest Turkey Sausage bagel thin. This sandwich was served on a plain bagel thin, with egg whites, white cheddar, and turkey sausage with some kind of (what looked like) green chile cream cheese. I assume that's what kind it was because the menu had no description of the sandwich. One employee seemed willing to help customers, while the others were doing everything possible to avoid eye contact. I think I saw 7 employees total. Ordering was fast, but they have you order at one register and pay at another. No one was at the payment register so we waited a few minutes for someone to come over. I like the numerous fresh brewed coffee options they have at their drink station. Each pot has a note stating what time that pot of coffee was brewed. Our food came out super fast - we weren't even done filling our drinks. One gripe I have about this place is that when your food is ready they walk around the dining room yelling out your name. Since we hadn't picked a table yet we asked the worker bringing out our food to set it down on any table and we'd get it. They kept yelling my husband's name even though we looked right at the guy when we asked him to set our food down. I would rather go up to a counter and get my food than have someone yelling my name over and over so they can being it to me. Personal preference I guess. Overall I'd give this place another try, but it's too pricey to be an every day spot. read more

Bagels are one of the few breakfast items I actually enjoy on a daily basis. This location is on my way to work so it's perfect for me. Ever since Einsteins made its way into my life (back in college---mainly the reason for my freshman 15), I've had my favorite items. Their hazelnut-vanilla coffee is my favorite. I usually order either a chocolate chip bagel with honey almond schmear or a cinnamon-sugar bagel with butter, toasted of course. Their breakfast bagels are also pretty good but I always seem to think like their too plain so they need ketchup or hot sauce (yes I like everything spicy). For lunch, try their pizza bagels. As far as service goes, I always try to go in but I usually use the drive thru. The employees are very friendly but make sure your order is right. Once, they gave me an extra bagel (not complaining about that) but they have used the same knife for different schmears and it's not pleasant when your honey almond schmear tastes like onion. But hey, I understand if they're busy and just want to get orders done. read more

My order was Not at All what I ordered and was cold despite the associate warming up the egg and bacon in the microwave. I just don't understand why a bagel shop doesn't serve Lox, but THIS bagel shop has the best lox and bagel in Tulsa! They come with the schmear, Beautiful slices of firm tomato, capers and red onion. Really starts your day off right. They also have wonderful coffee with all the add ins to make it to your liking, and free refills. Great bagels great coffee and usually great service; but this time I decided to go to the drive-through because I had to be somewhere and as I was waiting in the drive-through two employees were sitting right by the order box, smoking a cigarette. One, The wind was blowing my direction so I can smell the smoke, and second nothing is more disgusting than seeing employees smoking particularly right outside of their workplace then going back inside to make food. (Not saying they washed up after) it's just the visual that disgusted me. So I decided to not order and ended up going to another local competitor. Whoever reads this needs to let their manager and employees know that it looks so bad smoking right outside of your place of business. We ran through the Einstein Bros. drive thru on Saturday morning. They were friendly and patient with us even though we changed our order a couple of times and weren't exactly sure what we wanted. I ordered the thintastic southwest turkey sausage egg white sandwich and a coffee, and my fiance' ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and a pretzel bagel and a frozen latte. Today was my first time visiting Einstein's Brothers. My family went there a few days prior with favorable service. So on both visits, our orders were prepared accurately and everyone enjoyed eating what they'd ordered. I had no issues with the people who took my order today, and my experience was that they were very kind and accommodating. The bagels were fresh and completely soft. I enjoyed the food, as did the other people in my group order. We used my app and I did the pick-up. Also, the two people in store were very generous after I'd messed up thinking my order placed but I never actually finished placing and failed to realize so. When I arrived at the store, it was about 8 minutes till 2pm, and that's how I found out that they close at 2pm, yet they took my large group order anyway and were very kind about it! The order was fresh and delicious. I was so happy with how kind they were to me and I think their actions say a lot about how caring they truly are! read more
