First time customer and I really enjoyed the service, the girl was very friendly and the food was tasty and coffee was good.

I hope I'm wrong and that I've just had bad luck at this location....or maybe I'm trying to reinvent the wheel by trying the Thintastic bagels. Mine were HEAVY....could've been used as hockey pucks. And the tub of salmon cream cheese I got was extremely salty..and yes I know smoked salmon is salty, but this was more salty than most. Or maybe I was just irritated that after getting an order at the drive in window I didn't realize that I'd been charged for a tub, but it wasn't in my bag. So, I drove back and got it only to get home and find that it was expired. That's enough to make me cranky for sure. read more

We keep trying this place hoping it's better, but sadly, it's not. Today all our "plain" bagels tasted of onion, so I asked if they washed the trays between batches. He stuttered and finally said, "sometimes." My first and second choice for coffee were both empty and so was the half and half. This location has been disorganized, poorly managed, and generally unkept every time I've been here. We will not be back. read more

I was really disappointed. I love bagels. Real bagels. These were thin, had no substance... And I asked for it toasted. There was no crunch to it at all. With cream cheese. Which the lack of was just, well disappointing. The customer service however was very friendly, which is why I'm giving this place two stars. read more

Whoever works the drive thru everyday literally makes my morning. She's so patient and sweet I look forward to going there every morning.

This is a roll with a hole, not a bagel. Like another review said: Go to Old School if you want real bagels. I doubt if this place will survive once the South Tulsa location of Old School opens. read more

This was my first time at this location. I went to this one because it was my day off and it was a little closer to where I live. I was immediately greeted when entered. I went to the bagel selection, I was craving the six cheese bagel and see if they had any which they did, then she was like "oh take ur time." Anyway, I ordered the six cheese with original shmear and a regular coffee to go. Then she ask me again if it was here or go which I already said. She did gave me a $1.00 off for my order for some reason and she didn't give me a receipt, which they normally do. Anyway I went to make my coffee and all of them were out or close to being out 0_o. Idk if it was busy this morning bc when I went in, it was around 10:15am and it wasn't busy at all so they should've check the coffees. So I went back to the counter and I saw that the girl was making my bagel so I waited a little bit. I saw the manager, was gonna ask but then she gave me a mean look and went back inside. I couldn't wait any longer I said excuse me, she didn't hear me, I said again, then she was like "ok I'll do it in a min after I'm done with ur order" then she ask me again if it was here or to go...When I went home, I took a bite of the bagel and I saw that the shmear she put in was a veggie shmear not the original shmear that I asked for. It was still good but I didn't ask for that. And then I was drinking my coffee and it was lukewarm, which never happens to me when I went to the other location. So that was my morning.....the girl was nice and I think it was her first week or something but honestly the staff here needs to be more attentive and retrained. read more

They need to change the online opening times. Says they are open at 5:00 AM, got there at 5:30 today, and there were staff inside, but even though I sat outside at the speaker for the drive thru, then the window, they just walked by without even acknowledging me. That's a pretty good indicator of their level of customer service. Ended up going to Krispy Kreme, they're always nice. Doubt I'll be back to this Einstein Brothers location again. read more

I could have Einstein coffee everyday. The quality is so much better than Starbucks and not as expensive. This is my go-to location, perfect location off of Memorial. The only issues I've had with this location is the wait time in the drive-thru line, it's a little long. What is really awesome about this chain coffee shop is the coupons they send out (20% off or buy one drink get one free). I just wish they stayed open longer! read more

Monica at the drive thru was amazing! She offered me a "Bagel Dozen Club" card, which no one had ever offered to me previously. I have been buying the "Baker's Dozen" at least once a week for my clients for months, and no one ever offered me that card - never. Monica was friendly, helpful and professional. It's hit or miss with this place... usually miss. The bagels are decent to good but the staff is where it gets iffy. all the way from the drive thru to management. I will say there are a couple who are efficient and polite. Today thru the drive thru I did make a new "buddy", I know that because he called me buddy 4 times. My new buddy also poured my coffee 1 1/2 inches from the top, failed to add the cream and too boot my new buddy poured the coffee in a cold beverage cup. I'm giving up on them and suggest you do the same. read more

Okay if you like favored rolls. Not bagels, but eaten as a bread for a sandwich not too bad.

The food sucks...but the chick at the drive window was smokn hot...nice firm breasts and a pretty mouth.

If you want a real bagel just do yourself a favor and go to Old School Bagel in Brookside. Breakfast bagels are of a much lesser quality here. Plus the customer service is outstanding compared to here. We waited in the drive thru for 15 min. There must be management problems that need to be fixed before I would ever consider going back. read more

Bagles aren't bad but the sandwiches are plain awful. They don't look anything like the picture, they are soggy, oddly textured, and bland. This is the second time I have been let down by them and I will never buy a bagel sandwich from them again. If you are looking for a good bagel sandwich go to Old School Bagel. read more

Checked online for closing time on Monday. It stated 4 pm ......... went by at 3:15 pm to get 13 bagels for $6 ....... sign on door showed closing time of 3 pm ....... wrote corporate to advise of wrong time online at its website ....... got no reply or offer to let me take advantage of $6 deal ..... terrible customer relations ....... Never , Never Ever order a cappachino from Einstein Bros Bagels, it was $4 and absolutely awful. I tried my best to drink it, but actually ended up throwing the whole drink away. $ 4 bucks in the trash. Not happy! read more

This used to be a great place to get a bagel and a coffee. But the past couple of weeks it's gone down hill. Seems like the new management is rude. I ordered a Sausage egg and bagel and was given bacon instead. When i tried to take it back the manager, her name I think was Cathy, questioned how I ordered it like it was all my fault. I told her never mind and walked out. It used to be a warm welcoming environment, but now you could almost cut the tension with a knife when you walk in. First time to this location and my toasted bagel was a long time coming and cold. I keep thinking I should just ask for another one that's hot. I didn't and decided to just let it go. Then when I was leaving and disposing of my trash, a young female employee had the trash can pulled out and was gone with the bag, I placed my trash on top so not to make a mess. I went to the restroom, returned and finished my coffee and went to dispose of my cup. The employee was back and having some trouble installing the new waste bag so I set my cup on top next to my other trash. She scolded me for not waiting on her so I could drop the trash in the can instead of her. I'm a 61 year old man and she's lucky she was not picking it up off the floor. read more

I've had a similar experience as David H. with order accuracy problems and extremely slow service considering the (what appears to me to be) large amount of employees. I've been four times and each time there was an error in the order. I do, however, find that it tastes very good. The employees are nice and friendly, but clearly there are either procedural or personnel changes that need to be looked at. read more

I love Einstein Bros!. I go at least twice a week for their lox & onion bagels. People are friendly and smiling and bagels are great
