They don't have a friendly staff at all, but the bagels are good. The South Tulsa location is a lot better if you want a friendly environment. This staff is definitely not here to make you feel all warm and fuzzy. The short bald guy is a jerk honestly. The service can be wishy-washy at times. They'll forget what you ordered or bring you the wrong order completely. It's been like that for years. Most of the time it's okay though. I think the owner hires kids to keep his payroll low. They seem pretty lazy, but I think that's just the generation.

Breakfast bagel.

The atmosphere is nice, the bagels are yummy, they definitely do not skimp in the cream cheese. My wife enjoyed her everything bagel with honey almond cream cheese and I had their sausage breakfast bagel on a jalapeño cheddar cragel. The coffee is flavorful and in good supply with a variety of creamer choices. The service is reasonably fast and curious.

They made my order wrong and then a minute later handed me a new one like this. Peoria location.

I ordered the Hunter, which comes with Rabbi's Pastrami, Russian Dressing, Swiss Cheese, and Sauerkraut. Typically this comes on Rye bread, but they'd run out by the time I got there. The Housemade Club was a fine replacement though! This sandwich was so good. The sauerkraut was a 10/10 and the house cured pastrami was extremely flavorful and filling. The sandwich options come in both 6oz and 12oz. I personally think the 6oz was more than enough! Each order comes with a pickle and chips. I ate half of my sandwich right away (amazing) and then half a little later. The pastrami and saurkraut are so juicy that it did make an impact on the bottom piece of bread, BUT I still ate every bite and would still highly recommend. Just keep in mind that it is best when eating soon after you've gotten your food! Either way, you'll need some napkins close at hand.

Kinda hard being a first visit. Went for brunch with daughter. It is exactly as others (Yelp,…read moreGoogle) have reviewed. It is strictly serve yourself. For us it took a bit to get use to even in the smallish area. It's arranged in a sort of circle -- staff and food in the middle and you walk around it, getting drinks, napkins, silverware, etc. The staff seemed nice enough, opposing other reviews. They gave us menus that we took to a table to look over. It was quite small. I didn't see pastry offerings, but it was our first visit. I want to see signs -- What it is & how much$. I hate it when grocery stores can't get their signage in line with their pricing. Honestly, I don't recall which sandwiches we ordered but we both had their house cured meat. She liked it, I didn't care for it. To me it was like Sunday beef roast on a sandwich. The little shopping area is really cute. We didn't have time that day to poke around. I hope this helps you navigate your visit. It's always a good idea to know what you're getting into. We'll go back, with better knowledge.

You can get sandwiches too if you'd like. And the atmosphere is great. Relaxing and very tastefully designed. Now what really makes it special is the expansion they are doing. They're expanding into the space next door. Adding a new bigger kitchen. AND they now sell all kinds of really nice items to make your kitchen special. None of these are mass produced items. They are made by local artisans. Tea pots. Cups. Vases. Very special handmade gift cards and gift tags. The kind you would keep as a keepsake. Awesome coffee mugs. Just really nice stuff. Today we ended up buying two of our Christmas gifts there along with some very unique Christmas cards. The service throughout the entire process was great. We're from out of town and today was only our second time there, but we'll come back every time we visit. Highly recommend.

I think it just missed the mark, not with the coffee, but with the service. The girl at the register was nice enough, maybe a little stand-offish. The barista was just didn't have any customer service skills. I got a latte with spiced vanilla, it was fine. The blueberry danish though, not great at all. Maybe this is my fault, but asked to have it warmed up. However, I thought it would be toasted, but I think it was microwaved. As soon as it started to cool down it became hard and tough.

This was one of those moments & this Topeca was open (till 4 on Sunday) and came in the clutch. I also enjoy going to spots that have multiple locations to see if they serve anything different than the other (in this instance as well, I wanted an item that's always been selling out recently). So, the item I wanted sold out (of course) & I was told to come back the next day and it'll be available. It's off of their (seasonal) Summer Menu so I went ahead with another that was on it, a Cascara Energy drink. It's iced and it was super good. Hints of cherry in every sip. I got the Polish Sausage Roll to go with my drink. I grabbed some dijon mustard & went to work. I enjoyed it, there was a non-polish sausage one as well. They're a pretty good size. The server was super nice & friendly. Compared to other locations, this one had chia seed puddings. Different kinds that look good & all had fruit on top. I just might start visiting this one more often.
