I've been to St. Amon many many times over the years and in my opinion they have the best bakery in Tulsa. This pistachio NY Roll solidified my opinion! Inside there is a pistachio cream that is packed with flavor and you can actually taste the pistachio flavor. I'm actually blown away by this pastry. It is that good! They have more than sweet items, they also have savory as well I also got the bacon and gruyere cheese croissant to take to work for breakfast. I was searching for a cake for my daughter's graduation from ORU and discovered Saint Amon, which is across the street from campus. We are not from Tulsa and I called a couple of weeks earlier to order a cake. When I picked it up very early the morning of graduation it was ready and it was beautiful!
