I opted for the 8" version since I wasn't starving, and I'm glad I did. Even the smaller version was more than enough for lunch. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Piled onto the bun with all the lettuce and tomato, it was graced with a generous amount of hot, melted cheese. This was probably one of the better sandwiches I've had in a long time. My only comment, and it's not a complaint, is it would have been a little bit better had they used dark meat. More flavor and a moister finished product, but that's just a personal preference on my part. Service was as good as you could expect from a walk up, order and go sit down environment. The place is clean, spacious and maybe a little on the noisy side because of acoustics, but not enough to be a distraction. Overall, a great sandwich.

Some of the ingredients for the coffee I ordered were out of stock, so they made me a similar coffee at no charge. Their hours are a bit narrow, and I have gone by when they are closed on accident.
