Bex decided that she wanted a side of sourdough toast, Luke had it to us in less than two minutes, despite his bum knee. The skillet was a very large portion and easily fed us both with plenty to take home. Every component of the skilled was excellent. From the breakfast potatoes on the bottom to the gooey Jack cheese on top. The eggs were scrambled and seasoned well. The biscuits were super dense and really tasty. The gravy was thick and peppery. I did not need two biscuits. I only finished one. Only One biscuit with an additional ladle of gravy would have been perfect. It had been a while since our last visit to Broken Yolk.
