Love this Einstein's!! Large open area inside to sot and catch up with friends. The staff is friendly, and the food is great. Today had the new Oktoberfest breakfast sandwich... it is soooo good! Tried it about 2 weeks ago and had to go back to get it again. Will be sad when it leaves the menu. Had a Sunday morning craving for a bagel and decided to check out Einstein bros. There was a crowd but everything moved quick! I ordered ahead online for the bagels and it was about a 15min wait. Once they were ready you can grab the order off the designated shelf they had for order ahead orders. There was adequate seating inside and many outdoor tables to hang out at. My only con was that my bagel wasn't crisply toasted and was a bit soggy. Other than that flavors were great! Worker were very friendly and fast. Ordered the eight dollar deal for pickup through the app. The egg and ham sandwich was alright but I was given a empty cup for my large decaf coffee, I do not know if this is the norm or they were just very busy but I was expecting for my coffee to be already poured ahead of time considering I ordered ahead. I went over to pour my coffee and could find no decaf just caffeinated and the containers with cream were unlabeled and nearly empty. Work provided breakfast for the employees. A box of breakfast sandwiches and a box of assorted bagels along with tubs of schmear and a few jugs of their signature orange juice. The sandwiches were all served on plain bagels. Our choices were: Applewood Bacon & Cheddar, Turkey-Sausage & Cheddar, and Ham & Swiss. I chose the applewood bacon and cheddar. The first bite was good. Subsequent bites were better after I added Tapatio hot sauce to it. So, yeah, kinda' bland, but I fixed it. Placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I showed up around the 15-minute mark to check on it, and they said they were still working on it. I waited nearby, and a few minutes later noticed they were working on newer orders. When I asked again, the manager asked for my name, said she couldn't find the order, and wondered if it was under a different name. I said no, they had just told me it was being made. Then an employee overheard, walked over, and grabbed my order from the pickup shelf and handed it to me. Why couldn't they just hand me my order when it was ready? There was zero communication and no coordination between staff. To top it off, they got the order wrong. Can't say much for the food however the service was less than pleasant. The guy at the register was just plain rude. I was there to pick up a delivery during morning rush! I understand they are busy however when you say they are working on it right now and then 10 minutes go by with nothing, you are now messing with my time and earnings. A little disappointing. The coffee tasted like old Folgers, and the Nova Lox was old and fishy. Also, bagels should have some structure to the bread. They should not compact like Wonder bread when you bite into them. We weren't greeted when we entered, and the register setup was very odd. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and it was actually pretty good. I ordered the Maplehouse and it was great. It was a little too sweet for my liking. If I had tried a different bagel with it then it would've been perfect but I'm not big on sweets. I ordered that twice baked has brown thing that came as highly recommended but I wasn't fan. The customer service is always friendly, and there's an older white lady who has been there forever--don't know her name, but she's always super nice. This location stays busy, but the employees keep things moving efficiently. I usually just grab coffee, and my order is always ready to go. Was pleasantly surprised with the bagel sandwich, it didn't feel heavy or greasy, like my usually farmhouse (which I still enjoy, but definitely know what to expect lol). Why is it that they never have chocolate bagels? You can order them online but when you go pick it up, they've substituted with things like maple! 90% of the time they are out of chocolate bagels by noon! The gentleman who handles his order even makes sure he gets any appropriate deal. While it's a busy location, he's treated with respect and pleasantness. In fact we thought they closed at 3 and were surprised when we arrived a few minutes before two, closing time, and they let us in. When I was nearing the end of my pregnancy, I was ordering Einstein everyday on their app. First off, their bagels are great. The customer service at the store is awesome, everyone is polite, accommodating (I was offered my food to be walked out to my car when I brought in my car seat with my daughter), and pleasant. I would say there is a 90% chance my order was correct when ordering online. Sometimes the bagel would be toasted when it wasn't wanted, another time a different bagel altogether, once an item missing. I will still be coming here as I love the food and service, but would appreciate a bit more attention to detail on the order. At 6:45AM with no line ahead of or behind me, I ordered two blueberry bagels, sliced and untoasted, with a side of both plain and strawberry cream cheese to go. The lady taking my order and the cashier both confirmed what I ordered. I went to the grocery store to get some other items and arrived home an hour later to find two plain bagels, one soggy with strawberry cream cheese on it.
