Not a walk in bakery. You need to order ahead of time. We order from them often and are always pleased.

I've been coming here for the past 5 years, and the service, food, and atmosphere have always been amazing. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely makes you feel appreciated every single visit. The bagels are always fresh, delicious, and made perfectly, and you can tell they truly care about quality. Whether it's a quick coffee run or sitting down for breakfast, this place never disappoints. It's rare to find a spot that stays this consistent for years while still making customers feel at home. Hands down the best place to go if you want great food and an even better experience. The Golden Bagel is a local gem, and I'll keep coming back for many more years!

The cashier seemed to be in disdain while taking my order, and my single bagel took quite some time to prepare. I was greatly disappointed in the plain bagel, as it was overly dense and chewy. It also leaned on the thinner side, so it struggled to hold all the ingredients of my open lox. Strangely, there was more lettuce than tomato, capers, and onion. There was a measly slice of smoked salmon on each half. While the tomato was sweet, the lettuce watered everything down. The cream cheese was passable, but I would have preferred more saltiness from the capers and a sharper bite from the onion. The open faced lox bagel did not seem to justify the $15.99 price tag. I was not impressed by the base bagel either, so I would not return even for the baked goods.

Ya'll...stop what you're doing and get yourself a big ole yummy muffin or a bagel or do what I did…read moreand got both! Ha! This place is the REAL deal- bomb bagels, sandwiches and big homemade muffins to die for, and hot or cold coffee! Yes please!! This place tends to be busy especially in the mornings but rightly so! I got an egg n bacon sandwich on a cheese jalepeño bagel with their chipotle cream cheese on the side- bomb! Their cream cheese on the side was a bit pricey but worth it! I also ordered a pistachio iced coffee with oat milk- so heavenly! I came here after a hike and it was the perfect treat! Staff are nice and attentive- there's two registers because they get busy so that was nice- ppl order quickly. They also have a nice seating area inside or outside- very chill place to hang and eat. Especially if you bring a pup- outside seating is nice. They also have fresh orange juice that my friend got and dang- had I know I would have ordered one too! I tasted it and sooo yummy. Prices are decent but again- worth it. I'll be back again and again!

The menu is huge with tons of options, but since it was my first visit I decided to play it safe. The bagel itself was delicious. It was chewy with great flavor from the everything seasoning. I especially loved the onions in the sandwich, which added a nice savory bite. It did take a little while for our bagels to come out, but everything tasted fresh and warm when it arrived, so the wait felt worth it. Next time I come back, I definitely want to try the cinnamon raisin bagel with one of their spreads. There's seating both inside and outside, and on such a nice day I opted to sit outdoors. It was slightly busy, but the line moved quickly and the staff kept orders moving at a good pace. Overall, a great spot for a casual bagel breakfast or lunch, and I'm looking forward to coming back to try more of the menu.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE…read more This has to be one of the worst-run Einstein Bros. Bagels locations I've ever been to. The customer service is horrible, the employees constantly act like customers are an inconvenience, and you can literally hear them talking about customers who just walked out. It feels like they hate having to do their jobs. And don't even get me started on the management. Keri seems to have nothing better to do than micromanage everyone, boss people around, and make the whole environment more miserable. Whenever a big order comes in, instead of handling it professionally, the staff just complains about having to actually work. The store is also apparently fine with homeless people coming inside and rummaging around the place, which makes the entire environment feel neglected and poorly managed. Vanessa is another problem. She regularly cusses out her own crew, which is completely unprofessional and embarrassing to watch. I also witnessed behavior from her at work that made her appear visibly intoxicated, which is extremely concerning and absolutely something management should address. Overall, the attitude here is basically: customers are annoying, big orders are annoying, and doing the job they're being paid to do is apparently annoying. The management needs to get it together, because the entire place feels miserable, unprofessional, and poorly run.
