The cashier was kind, but she did overcharge us. We didn't go back for a refund, but it was odd she charged us for combos and added the drinks and chips in separately on top of that. The food itself was really good, so I'm happy about that. The Mac and cheese my son had was delicious! Inside was mainly clean, but all the tables were taken, so we ended up eating at a park instead. Overall, good food, but customer service could be improved.

Oh my, this is such a cozy, serene, and beautiful tea shop. The boy who works here is super nice. They have a really wide range of tea selection. I saw this nearby Ogden restaurant on Yelp and we made Sunday reservations for four, to say thanks. Amazing food. Amazing drinks. Husband loved their take on Beef Stroganoff. Friends had pork chop and a pasta bolognese. Yum, yum, yum. Gourmet comfort food. The corn bread honey loaf. A must. Tasty cocktails and mocktails. The two employees seem to be sharing a single brain cell and they have the get up and go of a zoo sloth. It's just after 12pm and there are no cookies prepped, the tables are trashed and the soups weren't ready. You can see the regret in the face of each customer as they watch the employees scramble around. I have to say I likely won't keep coming back because it just hasn't gotten better. It's a shame because the business has potential if it were run properly.

While the ambiance Is beautiful and cozy and the baristas were very kind, they didnt make up for the pitfalls here. I was only the second person in the shop, and i was waiting at the counter for around 10 mins before being helped. I got a latte and a scramble, and they were a little overpriced in my opinion, but i did want to try a speciality latte so I suppose that's to be expected. I got their beetroot latte and to be honest that was the best thing about this experience!! It was so earthy, creamy, and warming, i loved it. No notes on my latte!! Now the food was not hitting for me. I got the breakfast scramble with sourdough toast and asked for no mayo. I received mayo. And the toast might have been the THINNEST sourdough ive ever seen??? Look at it! Idk. I love bread so i was expecting ... more than an eighth of an inch of it? Anyway, the scramble was meh and i just used napkins to wipe off the mayo. Just a bummer, i am probably going to other coffee shops over this one in the future.
