Dylan's was a cool local spot that felt just between fast food and a restaurant where you can bring a group of friends to hangout. There was a deal on the double W burger and it was solid. I got the tots and they were fried well but pretty bland and they only have me 2 packets of ketchup which was enough to wet about a quarter of the tots. Anyhow, I ordered door dash kids burger with pickles and cheese and it came with fry sauce and the bun was so fluffy it's better actually than Burgerville, the tots were yummy too! This is a Warrens restaurant! Although it is a sit down brick and mortar place, it is still a drive in style restaurant. The food is ok but the same as their drivie-in. Although their sign says gourmet sandwiches, there is nothing gourmet about this place. Service offers minimal human contact, order. Pay, and wait for your number to be called. Tips are charged up front. So if you want a good burger, this is not the place. Stick to their drive in won't think we will be going back. read more

Honestly Im a little saddened by my decision, I love Dylan's but the last couple of times have not been good. I've either gotten cold fries, English chips, or when I door dashed it they didn't even give me my side. My burger was overcooked or raw in the middle. I have been going to this location for years and have always enjoyed their food. My only complaint is that they seem to always forget part of my order. Oh my gosh! Talk about great onion rings! The best I've had in Nortern Utah, and and I've been here 40 years. Great service, every food item that I've eaten here was delicious. They also have a rewards program which earns you discounts. I like the mushroom burger. My only complaint is too much lettuce. Shredded lettuce is horible as the burger and bun tend to fall apart. i have gone here ever since i was a kid. the food is amazin. i have nothing negative to say about their food. i went in to get some food this evening and found out that if you ask for fry sauce they will charge you .50 cents per fry sauce even though you can get fry sauce inside for free. also found out when you buy a kids cheeseburger just the burger they will charge you $1.99 + tax if you don't want the side. talk about bullshit. make sure you watch what you are being charged for.. the shift lead/manager this evening didn't care whats so ever. customer service is obviously lacking here. the food is great though, no complaints on that side. read more

In Ogden for a birthday party and checked Yelp for nearby suggestions for lunch. In the mood for some burgers fries and shakes so Dylan's was a perfect fit when looking through menu. I thought it was more of a restaurant but it's more like an Apollo burger type joint. Only they have shivers and shakes!! Huge menu with plenty to choose from between burgers, sandwiches, salads, wraps and shakes. I picked a veggie burger and half a front runner salad (no chicken) and an Oreo shake. Hubby ordered a steakhouse burger and a chocolate malt. $32 for everything. A bit too pricy in my mind for it not being a typical restaurant. Shakes came out first and they are over the top style so it's not a shake where you can drink it (as a NYer shake is something that is creamy but not so thick you can't drink it). Malts are his favorite and he thoroughly enjoyed it. My Oreo shake was rich and creamy. They were delicious made with winder farms ice cream!! Hubby's burger was 1/2 lb of beef but didn't look that big when it came out. It was totally manageable to eat and packed with flavor. Cheese was perfectly melted and the fries were crinkle fries with perfect crisp outside and chewy center with just the right amount of salt. Perfect for dipping in fry sauce! My veggie burger was interesting as it was 2 small square patties (reminiscent of White Castle sliders). Super flavorful for such tiny burgers and I loved the sprouts and cheese to top it off. The half salad looked like a full salad it was so big. Nice big chunks of romaine lettuce and green apples. Not many raspberries in it but still good. The honey Dijon dressing was a great addition to the salad but I'm not a fan of bleu cheese so it was a bit overpowering for me. I got the French dip sandwich with a raspberry shake and fries. It's a pretty decent place. Nothing too great about it but nothing was disappointing either. I have a nice little salad bar. Initial order came out fairly fast but it's taking forever to get the replacement. Kinda pricey too. $12 for burger and fries. Warrens / Dylans is a local Utah place with great breakfast, lunch or dinner. Amazing food any time of day. A little more than you would pay at your standard fast food joint and no "dollar menu" available but their food is also better than you'll get and any fast food place either! Their breakfasts are well known for being amazing. Lunchtime is excellent as well with delicious salad offerings and their signature burgers ( try the Mt. Ogden!) This place is my absolute favorite. It is casual and family friendly. My kids love going here. We have three vegetarians in our family and four meat-eaters. This place was our go-to when we lived in Ogden because there was something for everyone. Fresh salad bar, amazing veggie burgers (literally the best I have ever had) and you can pick any style you want and have them replace it with a veggie patty. My personal favorite is the Crunchy BBQ with a side of Ranch. Their Dirty Coke Zero is BOMB and no one can make them quite like they do. My dad and husband, who are avid meat lovers, agree that these guys make one of the best burgers for a "fast" food joint. They aren't really fast though, your food is made fresh and you do wait a just a bit. It is not a long wait, though and worth every minute. The one time they messed up my order, their manager (I think his name is Randy) completely took care of me and fixed everything. He had us come back in and paid for my entire family to eat and even threw in free shakes. They care a great deal about their customer's experience and the servers are always very polite. I cannot recommend this place enough. I wish they had a location in South Carolina that I could go to but I plan for this to be one of my first stops when I come back to Utah for a visit. ;) Also, worth mentioning, they do a fabulous Halloween special where they give a free kids meal to any child that comes in a costume on Halloween Day. My first time coming here, and I'm sure glad I did! I've basically boycotted all fast food but I was starving and needed something quick so I came here and it's absolutely delicious! I ordered the grilled cheese and large fry. When I pulled up, the price was reasonable, and before I had the chance to ask for dry sauce, the person on window had already asked! Dylan's... a warrens family restaurant. Only in Utah, do you see locally owned and successful fast food. We all love fast food but no one admits it. Dylan's is better then most fast food - not by a lot, but better. The key benefit of Dylan's is that you can satisfy your fast food cravings without the guilt and shame of going to McDonald's. My recommendation? Go to Dylan's and avoid the self loathing associated with corporate chains. It might be cognitive dissonance but who doesn't have a little bit of that anyway?? read more

I have a family on a budget so we don't eat out often, and this place is not one I get to go to because the prices are so much higher than most places around, so when I do get a chance I try and come here but I'm over it. Came in last night and it was super busy, which is usually a good sign, but it can also lead to trouble. The food was made incorrectly and the burger buns were kind of soggy and not what I expect for the prices they charge. I paid around thirty dollars to feed my family of four when I could have gone to Taco Bell for half of that or McDonald's and done the dollar menu. The prices are insane especially when the food isn't made right. It doesn't seem worth it to me, especially when I'm feeding a whole family. I'm a mom on a budget and the only thing that is reasonably priced are the ice-cream cones. I loved this place for awhile but I can't afford to come here and have my food made wrong, wait a long time, just to be angry when I get home and it's not what I wanted. Additionally both of my kids ended up with upset tummy's that night because of warm fry sauce or the grease, I'm not sure. I have been a big fan of Dylan's fish and chips for a long time, that is until today, 1/1/2021. The cod was mushy with terribly thick breading. No taste whatsoever. The way they used to serve them was crispy with thin breading. The price has always been high so it's usually a special treat, like today, Newyears day. I can say this with 100% certainty that I will never order these again. So begins my new search for good cod fish and chips.
