Very sad about this location because I genuinely love Einstein Bros, but I've had many issues with this specific site. I've placed "asap" online orders multiple times with over 30min of time for prep and still when I get there, it's never ready. I think the issue is that they seem understaffed in the morning. There's usually one person getting orders ready and one person is usually just walking around wiping things down.. This morning, there weren't any bagels out, but I know there were bagels made because they were on the cart. Definitely lots of potential for growth at this location. Every time i come here, I see people leaving without their orders because they just don't want to wait any longer.. On a positive note, the wait time aside, every time I've gotten bagels from here, they're fresh and warm! The location just needs some help! read more

I came in today and got a bagel and a coffee. I watched the worker make my coffee and it seemed like she messed something up with it and looked up at me to see if i saw but she gave it to me anyway it tasted fine so i didn't say anything but still weird and not a great start. That's not the worst part tho. The bagel i got was burnt to a crisp like black crisp. I'm never going here again and honestly all of the winston's i have been to have had terrible service the one in park ridge gave me a bacon egg and cheese and i found a life of paper cooked in to the egg and they always like always mess something up in my order. read more

This is a larger, clean, and airy EBB located in a strip mall. We were in the area and picked up their new Maplehouse egg sandwich and one of their double baked hash browns to go. It wasn't busy at noon on a weekday for whatever reason. The two staffers were friendly and welcoming. Unlike the EBB in downtown Park Ridge, parking was plentiful and easy here with their strip mall parking. The products were in the ok range for the price. read more

What a pitiful excuse for a bagel/deli shop. I ordered a Nova Lox sandwich on a plain bagel and a farmhouse sandwich on an Asiago bagel via Uber Eats. I received both sandwiches. The farmhouse sandwich was okay even though it was cold and the bacon was missing. The Nova Lox sandwich was a sham of a sandwich. I ordered it on a plain bagel and got it on a cold, not toasted seed bagel without any cream cheese or red onion. Reading the rest of the reviews I see I am not alone. Staff is absolutely miserable, lazy and disinterested. Place is always empty, no place to sit down and quite disorganized. If I ask for something I'm always asked to repeat my order, once the order is in I move to the register and at that point my tea is "forgotten" so I have to ask for it again !! If I order by phone none of my instructions are followed. Order is completely different then what I requested. My question to the management: if most of your customers are complaining why don't you change the way you run your business ? You have a good product but your service is wayyyyy bellow average at this location. The store is dirty and very unkept. You have a captive audience and you still slid into a ditch. Clean your restaurant. Change the filters. Shampoo the carpet. Been here a couple of times and the treatment is about the same every time. The employees look grumpy and miserable. There's no line, it is slow. The bagel is burnt and it took 10 minutes to make a single order of one toasted bagel with cream cheese. I should just bring my own bagels to work and buy the shmear here.
