The nova lox bagel we got here was quite good. So that is the reason for the 3 stars. But overall the place needs some help. It was almost empty in the parking lot out front as we pulled up to the place except for one lone car. The app said they were open for another hour so we took a chance. Inside, the place needed a good cleaning. And many of their bagel options were gone. The staff was more than ready to leave. We ordered and paid at the counter. They have a few tables inside and a few tables on the outside patio. We didn't realize when we got there that they do mainly takeout, but decided to eat in. We got our food in a paper bag even though we'd said we were eating in. I asked for a plate, but it seems they don't (won't?) give them out if you order a bagel (!) so we ate over the ripped open paper bags. The bagel itself was fine -- lightly toasted. I got a sesame one from the few choices left. The nova lox bagel had cream cheese, capers, red onion, and a large portion of lox. It was messy, but good. It was a more than sufficient lunch even though it was strange eating in an empty restaurant. A few folks did run in and out for a couple bagels while we were there, though. So I left a review about a month ago on Google after receiving burnt, black bagels. It wasn't the first time it happened, so I stopped ordering. Today, I decided to give the place one last shot because I genuinely like the bagels when they're made right. To avoid the same issue, I even called right after placing my order and kindly asked a team member to lightly toast them. She assured me it would be done. Unfortunately, the bagels arrived completely burnt again--all four of them. It's extremely frustrating, especially after making the extra effort to communicate. This was the final straw. The lady at the counter with a bun of braids was so nice and helpful. She was hustling to refresh the coffee, take orders and fill drink orders the whole time we were there. The dining room needs a bottle of spray cleaner and disposable towels so patrons can wipe down their own tables. The seating area is very small. Nova Lox is my choice bagel on jalapeño cheese bagel. The cherry pastry was surprisingly very good. Maybe some cheese stuff in it too. The cold brew was good and not pre sweetened. read more

There ended up being a butter wrapper in my sandwich and honestly, besides the wrapper they were the worst tasting ones we've had from here. My friend went in a few days later and got a cream cheese bagel and the lady was so rude, she literally scoffed at her and said "pfft really that's all???" she's literally making it easy on you. The service was not bad, they were really wonderful. but there was a roach on the lid of my drink under the sticker that is placed on the lid. It was in the groove of the lid, alive and kicking. I didn't notice until I got in the car but I went back to get a new drink but by the time I got home to eat, I was a bit disgusted about the roach and couldn't eat. read more

I came to location bright and early at 6:00 AM. They were totally prepped and ready to rock and roll! This location is clean, well stocked, and staffed. I was greeted right away, even though I was there so early! Their selection of bagels and cream cheese is ridiculous. They offer SOOOO many choices !!! The combinations seem endless. What I really love about Einsteins is how fresh the bagels are. They always taste like they just popped out of the oven. Also, I appreciate the amount of cream cheese they use. Nothing is more disappointing then ordering a bagel to go, paying $2 for cream cheese only to realize you got less than a teaspoon of it smeared on a quarter of it. Einsteins loads it up and makes me a happy camper every time! Their coffee is also fabulous. They have their every day staples as well as some blends they mix up during holidays. We had a bacon, cheese and egg bagel sandwich. It was okay but nothing special, especially when a similar item can be purchased at many of the fast-food places for less than half the price. We also had a cinnamon raisin bagel, which was below par. Not only was it not particular fresh, it was surprisingly small. And more expensive than competitors' bagel shops. The service wasn't very good either. One fellow seemed to be more interested in making to-go orange juice cups than in serving customers standing in the store, and the other employees appeared to be working in slow motion without a whole lot of enthusiasm. Fast service. Current staff are there to delight me each time. By the time I got my coffee cup filled, my sandwich was ready. Love the Farmhouse two egg sandwich. This location of Einstein Bagels is chaotic. Pretty messy when I went 45 minutes before their closing. Yes I know I went last minute but 45 minutes is almost an hour so I don't see how half the things I wanted, they were out of. They didn't have the specific iced teas I wanted, bagel flavors etc. I really want to ask them about their vegetarian options for the egg bagels. The employees were clueless in the menu. Or maybe they just wanted to close the place down for the day. Either way, there were two people behind me so I quickly decided what I wanted. For Sam M. I got egg (mushroom and spinach) on a bagel. For myself, I got the asiago bagel with cream cheese. For drink I opted for the iced coffee which was decent. The bagels however are the star of this place. They are always scrumptious. Went here for breakfast with a co-worker this morning. He ordered the All-Nighter sandwich which is supposed to come with an aoli sauce. Instead it came with a butter/oil spread. When he asked why it didn't have aoli, he was informed that even though it says aoli, it is actually just a "squirt" of this oily mess. Not to mention the overall sadness of this sandwich. Hi I went into this location and placed an order. (2 sandwich bagels). Fist off, Your employee put only one sandwich in the bag. (Nice work dumb***) Since I entrusted an employee to do this very simple step of the job correctly. I drove home assuming I would have my order. Unfortunately I did not.. I have to say I was totally disappointed with my experience here. The place is small and quite dirty. My kids ordered two bagels with cream cheese and he rings it up on one side near the bagels then you have to go to the other side and get run up again. You can't see what he is ringing up because the front of the machine doesn't work (screen is malfunctioning). The place is not some where that I would go back to again. Ugh and double ugh. Did the "parking spot delivery" option, waited half an hour in my car, but ended up having to go inside anyway to grab my order.
