I actually really love Einstein bagels. Nothing better for breakfast than a toasted cheese bagel with a chive cream cheese.

I drop in once or twice a week and this is the "Cheers" of bagel shops in the area as as everyone there knows my name. The team is attentive and helpful. Oh, and when it comes to Bagels, it's the real deal. I lived in the Northeast United States for 30 years and what I get at this shop is pretty darn close to what I would get at Dunkin's (actually, Einstein bagels are better than DD - Sorry Ben Affleck), Bruggers, a street Vendor in Manhattan or bagel shops in Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. I ordered a 50 count of assorted bagels with smear, picked up the order on Saturday. The manager called me that afternoon to make sure the product was good. I mentioned that our party was Sunday. she said to come Sunday morning to get a fresh order on us. She knew the original order would be hard and not so good. love this customer service!!!! I had a great experience here, I don't think anyone wants to spend time hanging out in Einstein's bagels. The service was quick and to the point and the man I talked to (who I assume was the manager) knew all about the calories of each item on the menu which I greatly appreciated. I ordered the bagelrito expecting the unexpected and I was pleasantly surprised, a burrito like this one could easily turn into a guilty pleasure of mine. P.s. Ordered online pickup-simple bagel with smear and coffee. 15-20 minutes to be ready. When I arrived it was not ready and was told it would be another 20 minutes. I couldn't wait had to be somewhere else by then. There were a lot of others waiting for orders. Not sure if it was a staffing issue or what, but 40 minutes for a simple bagel is way too long. Moral of this review is don't go unless you have allowed yourself plenty wait and standing time. read more

On my way to Idaho we decided to stop for breakfast this morning bf we saw that Einstein Bros. bagels was open and we much prefer a place like this than a fast food restaurant. The food is good: we ordered two bacon, egg, and cheddar bagels- one with an Asiago Bagel and one with Ancient Grains, plus a cinnamon sugar bagel on the side to split. It was definitely a better choice than a McDonald's but the wait was sooooo long. Like 20 minutes long. You can tell they were trying to get things done but their communication was lacking. Mixing orders up, and overall rough communication. I will say everyone was so nice and like I said, they were trying it seems. Hopeful to come back when it's slower and maybe a different location seeing we aren't from Bountiful. We didn't try any of their shmear, lunch, or beverages! read more

Best bagels around. So diverse and fairly priced. I especially liked the pretzel bagel and the jalapeño.

I'm not downing the food it's great! But I went in cause I had a free birthday bagel and I ordered a hot chocolate and a doggie bagel all for pick up. When I got there there was not hot chocolate which isn't the end of the world so I just let them know but when I got home there was no doggie bagel either so basically if I never got the hot chocolate they would have gotten free money from me because my breakfast bagel was free, which still they basically got free money because I paid for the dog bagel... foods good but maybe better attention on making sure all Togo orders have everything.. read more

If you want to see something gross remove the wax paper and look closely at the black plastic tray your food was just served on: when I did I saw some unidentifiable sticky substance, at least 2 kinds of cream cheese, some mystery dust I hope was flour. This place has just gone DOWN HILL! I just ordered a lox bagel. There is hardly no cream cheese. The tomato is a single slice per side that is smaller than half the size of the bagel. And, of course, a tiny slice of salmon. I don't mind paying designing prices for a nice bagel, but when you open the box and see something so ridiculous, it is a real disappointment. Oh, and I tried to call the store to professionally express my opinion. The phone number for the Bountiful Utah store on Einstein's own website is a disconnected number. This is the worst experience I've ever had at this location. They messed up my drink but I wasn't mad and I was polite letting them know that I asked for it iced, but the employee was already upset I could tell. She then took the very hot drink and poured it over ice. There was no line but she couldn't be bothered to make me a new one? I enjoy a good bagel. Einstein has good bagels. The problem at this location is the staff are not attentive and I have ended up with the wrong bagel too many times for it to be an accident. They need to train their staff or devise a system so that when I order a potato bagel with a veggie schmear, I don't get a garlic bagel with plain cream cheese. I am a healthcare worker and weekly ordered 2 dozen bagels with smear to bless my coworkers on our Sunday shifts. The price changes every time we order and does not match up with the prices online. Today the tradition ends as I have lost trust in this establishment with the changing prices. For years, I have worked close to this place, and anytime there would be a really busy day at my work, I would come to Einstein's and buy a baker's dozen box for my coworkers and me to have for breakfast. It can get really busy early in the morning, but the wait is worth it. They have various kinds of bagels such as blueberry, honey whole wheat, cinnamon sugar, or even just a plain bagel, plus more. But when you add something as fun to say as SCHMEAR to the mix and I'm head over feet! I love the variety of healthier alternatives like the power bagels which has berries, nuts, seeds, etc for us health nuts. Also they make a mean, now I'm talking vicious, chai tea. Definitely worth the stop solely for that. The location is a smaller one, and the parking is a bit tight. To some it may seem like a real life version of the parking lot game.. Now, anytime I think about visiting an Einstein's, Noah's, or any general breakfast place that trusts 19 year-olds to manage the entire place... I think of this location and end up starving until lunch. Always great bagels and great service. I would not recommend them for their sandwiches. I've had some nasty ones there. It is a smaller location, and you cant always find clean tables unfortunately. So I have to dock them for that. But the fruit cups are fresh, the extra bakery items are good. The location is hard to get in and out of conveniently, being on a tight corner by a bus stop.
