We were exploring this neighborhood and decided we wanted to get pedicures after seeing so many nail salons in the same area. However, we discovered that the entire city is normally closed on Sundays. We became very desperate and finally stumbled upon Eiffel Nails, which happened to be opened. Thank goodness! The staff is mainly Vietnamese/Chinese, which probably explains why they were open. I have to note that they were pretty short staffed being almost the only shop open on Sunday. So I waited about 20 min for a pedicurist to be available. One of the staff members brought her toddler to work, so she was an excellent source of entertainment, if you like kids, that is. I really like the fact that they have an herbal foot soak, which is new to me. And there were several selections to choose from. I had the Eucalyptus Leaf which smelled quite nice. I got an older lady named Linda to do my pedi and she kept filing my toe nails crooked! She kept blaming it on my toe shape but she slanted them both to the right because she was sitting to the right of me! Don't get me wrong, she was very sweet. She even felt bad for filing them crooked so she called the other worker to come fix it. But the other lady just came by to scold Linda for doing it wrong. Then continued on to tell me that I shouldn't file my toes straight if they're naturally round. What?? After all that fuss, she filed my nails all the way down to the bed. I almost wanted to just leave a few bucks and go home to fix it myself. So after the filing, Linda jumps back in and apologizes profusely, which is respectable, but went on to argue with the other lady! Whilst still working on my feet! I just settled for a solid red because my nails weren't long enough for French tip anymore. Needless to say, I'm probably never coming back to this place again. ****RUN FOR YOUR LIFE****** THIS IS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!! It bothers me that i even have to give this place One Star!! As I was getting my pedicure the lady kept hurting me and pinching my skin with the cuticle cutter. After about the 3rd time my big toe started to bleed. At this point I'm a little annoyed but feel bad for the lady because she is so apologetic. The bleeding is so bad that she has to stop working on my feet for 15 mins till the bleeding stopped. Still in pain, I let her finish thinking she will be little more cautious. I was COMPLETLY WORNG! She cuts so low on the next toe that it immediately starts throbbing! I leave the nails salon thinking I will Never go back, it was just a horrible expensive experience, and lesson learned. . After about 2 days the 2nd toe (not the one that started to bleed) started to turn PURPLE. I had a French manicure on and rather that paint over it and waste my $80 I wasted, I decided to leave it. I was left with a black toe for 3 weeks. Its now been 6 weeks and my toes nail has COMPLETLY FELL OFF! My doctor said I'm lucky I didn't get an infection and that place does not sound sanitary. He just told me that it will take about a year for the nail to fully grow back! meanwhile putting a fake nail on it would only delay recover time. I cant wear any open toe shoes and I'm completely embarrassed!!!!!! Ladies RUN FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! Don't let what happened to me happen to you. It was 95 degrees yesterday when I was at Eiffel and the owner did not have the air on, instead she only had the doors open. It was so hot and that was expressed to the workers. The workers told me the client to tell the owner Kim to turn on the air, which was bizarre. 5 minutes before I left after continuously complaining they turned the air on. The nail salon is was not clean or nice and was too hot! I would NOT recommend this salon! read more

A friend recommended so I decided to give a try. The only gentleman older looking man did my fill. He started shaping my nails as he pleased without asking the shape or at least an example so I noticed he was shaping my nails pointy instead of coffin how I had requested so he said it's okay he can reshape them so that's when the nightmare begun he blobbed on 3 thick amounts of acrylic on three nails and said I'm not going to file them then your nails were crooked to begin with. I was so embarrassed to even say anything because I knew how much my friend raced on about this location. He also cut me 4 times and proceeded to say "you keep moving" so unprofesssional!! Anyway the spa pedicure is $15 they no longer offer regular pedicures. Manicures are $9. Foot scrub $5. The owner was a bit weird, she was bashing another nail salon that I usually frequent. She has a younger guy working with her and they argued some. Felt a little awkward to be in the middle of that. I dislike their prices but if the other place is booked I'll stop here. I found this place because it's just next to a market I used to go a lot, and one day I just though I should give it a try. And I'm glad I did! I do have the in-grow nail problem in my toes, and they really know how to fix it. I went to a lot of Nail places, and this is the only one that really helped me with that problem. The over pedicure was pretty basic, cuticle oil and trim, nail cut and file, lotion, massage the Polish. If you're looking for the type of salon that gives the extra services with spa pedicure (paraffin wax, reflexology, hot stone massage, oils, shaping) then doing go here. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail spa. I came in for a fill I was recommended by a friend so I figured I'd give it a try. I told the lady how I wanted them and how I like them and she seemed like she understood weeellllll my left hand nails are shorter and thicker then my left. Completely different lengths and she had the audacity to say that's how my fingers are. I also had to keep asking her to fix the shape because it was soo off and the lady who did my pedicure started laughing at me while she was cutting my hand cuticles and she's didn't do a good job at all and I still got charged. Any ways moving on to the worst pedicure I received by that lady who laughed at me. This lady dig so deep into both of my toes and cut me on both toes I was bleeding and still bleeding 2 days after! Not to mention I have puss coming out of one of them! Then she's didn't even give me a massage with the lotion and gave me a sloppy paint job I was sooooooo mad I didn't even tip and I shouldn't even have paid. Never again will I even come here. I was at least glad she was honest so I ended up just going with a simple color, she proceeded to do my nails, When doing the length she asked me how long I wanted them I told her how long and she kept going shorter and shorter saying they're too long for me and I was going to have a hard time with them mind you I always get my nails done long! I've been coming to this salon for about a year now and I've always gotten great service. The staff is really nice and have great customer service. My last visit I let the ladies know that I was on a very tight time budget and had to be somewhere 15 mins away by 7pm and I got there at 6pm and they were so friendly and made all the efforts to make it work for me even though it was my fault for coming in last minute. Oops lol My friend recommended this place to me and it's been worth it each time.
