I usually get the 90-minute Swedish and Thai combo massage and I always have a great experience with her. Patty is very sweet and applies the perfect amount of pressure. I carry a lot of tightness in my neck, shoulders and back from stress, TMJ and an old sports injury in my right shoulder. She does a great job finding the areas that need some extra attention and really works on the tightness and knots. I've never been a fan of deep tissue massages, so the Swedish and Thai combo is perfect for me. It's mostly a relaxing Swedish-style massage with some stretching mixed in for the Thai portion. I'm able to completely relax during my appointments and sometimes even fall asleep. I always feel so much better afterward and I get the best massages from Patty. I highly recommend booking with her and honestly don't plan on going anywhere else. The spa itself is also great. It's easy to schedule appointments, everyone I've met at the front desk has been really kind and welcoming, and everything is always clean and tidy. I work in the service industry and live off of tips, but I would never openly harass a customer into rewriting their tip, even after it was already a fair/generous amount. It's sad that the behavior of the owners/front desk/or management will result in less customers and lower tips for the talent of the hard working masseuses. Such a shame I loved coming here.

When I asked her what the Groupon entail because I didn't wanna pay anything more or anything less than what I was given and she told me it was just a 90 minute standard massage. She then put this bright blue paper in my face that basically said "thank you for your generosity. Here is a suggested tip for 90 minutes was a $35 tip." However, I don't think for my experience $35 could have been justified for at least the first 30-45 minutes she was massaging me with a sheet over my body so it was kind of rough and not the most relaxing thing in the world.
