This place is a hidden gem in Covina. So happy we found this spa, Daisy and Lisa are AMAZING! So professional, best massage I've ever had.

First time visit at the West Covina location…read more Came here after not having a massage in years. It was definitely needed. They offer a variety of options and have a good membership offer so you can self-care regularly. A membership also gets you a guest who can book at a discount so you and a plus one can both have a spa day! The staff is very friendly and informative and the venue is very quaint and has advisory signs to keep the volume low to respect the other guests getting their services. If you opt for the combination you get placed in the front area with the privacy curtain so they can soak your feet. The private rooms in the back are for body massages only. There are lockers to hold your belongings and at the end they will give you water or tea. I signed up for the annual membership so I can't wait to return every month! Parking is very easy and there is plenty of ATMs around so you can get cash to tip!

It felt like I paid for time I didn't receive. I also paid extra for a hot stone massage, but they were barely used because they were "too hot" for her to handle, which is not what I paid for. I was even asked if I wanted to add more time because it "went by so fast," which was frustrating given the interruptions. I left feeling more stressed than relaxed because I paid so much for allot less than I normally would. Prices have gone up and I'm getting less of a service. I've been coming here for years , very upsetting. I may have to look elsewhere and tell my friends that I've recommended to think twice

Recently discovered a hidden wellness gem inside Pacific Palms Resort -- Sally Spa, and I have to…read moreshare. It was even featured in Beef on Netflix, so it already comes with that cinematic, aesthetic atmosphere The moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The entire spa is designed with natural elements -- crystal chandeliers, wooden walls, and an impressive collection of over 500-year-old antiques. It doesn't feel like a typical commercial spa at all, more like a quiet, curated sanctuary for the mind. They also have separate lounges for men and women, which makes the whole experience feel more private and refined. The essential oils used are from doTERRA -- clean, natural, and not overpowering. I tried their 90-minute "Fresh Ginger & Mugwort Herbal Massage," and the whole treatment follows a very thoughtful, traditional wellness flow: It starts with freshly ground ginger applied to the body to warm you up from within -- you can literally feel the cold leaving your body Then comes hot stone therapy to raise your body temperature and deeply relax your muscles Finally, warm mugwort herbal compresses are used along pressure points, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, leaving your body feeling light and rebalanced My therapist Tina had a very gentle and soothing technique -- not overly intense, but incredibly effective. The relaxation actually lasted longer, which is perfect if you've been stressed or not sleeping well. And honestly, the resort itself adds so much to the experience There are two 18-hole championship golf courses, plus private one-on-one yoga sessions -- it truly feels like a full-on retreat. The best part? For a resort-level spa like this, the pricing is actually very reasonable -- great value for what you get. In one sentence: This isn't just a massage -- it's a full mind-and-body reset. If you've been feeling drained or just want to escape LA for a bit, this place is absolutely worth saving

He concentrated on all of my problem areas and I felt happy and relaxed afterwards. The quiet room is clean and comfy and I was given a tasty little fruit cup. Now the bad: The price for a massage is reasonable, but you must pay an additional 39.00 if you want a to use their lockers or robe, take a shower or use the jacuzzi. This was unexpected and confusing. Before arriving, I had called for clarification of this policy and was only told that they would charge 39.00 for use of the jacuzzi. I had no idea that I wouldn't be given a robe or allowed to shower without paying the extra fee. I'm in a spa club and I have never run into this issue before. This confusion may have been due to a language barrier. The shower area has a sign saying that you must run the hot water for 10-15 minutes to obtain hot water (!). I did so and still had to take a cold shower because the water never got hot. The only towels available are very small and very thin. They are not large enough to wrap around your body. The jacuzzi area shows deferred maintenance with broken tile, missing robe hooks and mold/mildew on the ceiling between the jacuzzi and the showers (ick). This is a nice facility, but the policies are confusing and it's sadly lacking in general upkeep. (See pics)

I have tried other spas since moving away and not one has left me feeling happy with my service nor the results. I left with my face *GLOWING* and my facial discoloration was gone. Linda was thorough with every nook and cranny of all the knots I didn't even know I had in my back. I just went in asking for a shoulder massage but I'm glad I ended up choosing the back massage. Feeling all of the knots and stiffness made me realize how badly I let my self care go. As she was working my back, I could literally feel my body being able to breathe again. I even noticed my posture and body movements afterwards was more fluid and relaxed. I will definitely be coming back for Linda's expertise. Every visit here is money well spent because this establishment never disappoints!

I have confirmed 3 times that even though we are getting different types of massages, we are still doing a couple massage. The lady said yes. We went today and there was no robes or slippers in the lockers. I had to search multiple lockers to find one. My husband said the same thing in his locker. We went to the waiting room and there was NO wine and chocolates that are included with the massage. The worst part is that Eva comes to get me for my massage and had NO idea it was a couples massage. It was very disappointing and frustrating. We waited a half hour just to get started bc of the disorganized issues. We will not be returning.

Keep in mind, I'd never done any treatment before, so I was equal parts excited and terrified coming in. Odette guided me through all of my emotions during Morpheus. I laughed, cried, questioned my life choices, and maybe even had a tiny existential crisis . The overall results for me were amazing, but not exactly a walk in the park, a little discomfort , and patience is required. The results come gradually, but TRUST ME its soooo worth it. Gayana handled my remaining botox and chin filler. My chin is officially living its best life. I loved how she respected my no lip filler rule without making me feel bad with zero pressure, zero judgment, and zero FOMO. Thanks to these amazing ladies, I feel like I just unlocked the next level of me.

Absolutely unprofessional and unsafe practices…read more I came in for an underarm laser hair removal appointment after being on vacation about a week prior. I mentioned possible recent sun exposure, and the nurse appropriately advised that we should wait for safety reasons. However, I was then told this would be considered a cancellation and that I would either forfeit my session or pay a $50 fee to keep it. That is completely unreasonable. Procedures that are unsafe should be treated as safety-related postponements, not standard cancellations. The situation escalated when the manager, Sarah M, got involved. She was immediately defensive, dismissive, and blamed me, claiming pre-appointment instructions are sent with each appointment reminder (see screenshot, they were not). She also said it's listed in the policy that if we can't do the procedure due to safety it's a cancellation (I have a saved PDF from today's date that does not say this). Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she was confrontational, unprofessional, and inconsistent with the information I was given. What was most concerning was that when I asked to reschedule safely or discuss options, she responded with "so you want me to do it then?", implying a willingness to proceed despite the known safety concern. That is extremely alarming. This is not how a reputable practice operates. Patients should never feel penalized for declining treatment due to safety concerns, and it should never be suggested to proceed under such circumstances. Due to the safety concerns and unprofessional conduct, I will be reporting this business to the appropriate regulatory boards, including the Medical Board of California, the California Board of Registered Nursing, and the Department of Consumer Affairs. I would not trust this practice with my care and will not be returning after this experience. (This review has nothing to do with my nurse, Odette, who is amazing.)
