Loved my massage from yoyo. Very relaxing and she was very sweet. I love that they offer a stamp card. Book 6 services for $10 off! It's a nice touch. read more

It's ok. I went with my sister and they put us in the same room, well they kept talking then they finally went silent, but then one of them kept using her elbows to massage, my sister told her to please not use them as she was doing it to hard, she stopped but she continued, so before they actually start massaging you they kinda massage you on top of the sheet, I think to loosen up the body, and they get less tired since there's no oil involved, then the one massaging me kept going and going, while the one massaging my sister had already started with the oil, and mine hadn't even started, I think she took like 25 minutes (if not more) to actually start, we paid for 1 hour and 30 minutes, so I'm guessing they did what they did so they wouldn't get tired, but if your going to do all that they don't offer it. The next day my sister's body hurt really bad, she even had bruises (and she's not one easy to bruise, that's me) because of the elbow massages even though she told her not to. So won't be coming back. read more

My former massage therapist moved out of the city so I was on a hunt for a new one. Found lavender spa on yelp and decided to go give it a try. Prices were very reasonable, a massage was tailored to the amount of pressure you want! Facility, rooms and lobby all appear to be clean, neat and in order! I got the 30 minute foot and 30 minute body combo massage. It was super relaxing. I think the next time I try the full body massage! read more

It's a really low key hidden gem. It's kinda in a sketchy plaza with tons of parking. I came in with neck pain and shoulder discomfort. Grace did an amazing job at relieving the pain and tension on my body. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

This place is great although when I went to get my massage not long ago during my session, the lady had walked out twice out of the room and answered a phone call in the middle of my session ! and the lady got upset when I tipped five dollars....hopefully next time that won't happen again, but if I pay for a service, I expect the full one-on-one service. Thank you. read more

Everything about this place is amazing! This is my FAVORITE massage place to go to. I don't go to any other massage places but this one. I love my massage therapist. read more

I walked in, and the owner judged us immediately trying to force us to pay before even asking us to other questions. When I told her that was extremely disrespectful. She stated that people have stolen from her before got a massage and left, but how dare she treat us like that? Looking at us like we were some kind of bums lol she definitely lost a great opportunity. We get massages about 3 to 4 times a week because our jobs are very strenuous and we found this place since it was close to home but I 1000 percent do not recommend this place unless you want to be discriminated against because you're wearing comfortable clothes read more

Came here last minute And they luckily can accommodate me. Since I live in Riverside and I gotta dog with me which is impossible to leave her in the car due to temperature, they genuinely make exception for me. The odd thing happened in this place is you are asked to pay in advance before the treatment which I was OK. Ninda was my therapist and she did magic with her machine sucking back of the skin since I told her I suffer from shoulder pain. And it does work surprisingly, my back looked horribly red but I feel so much better the next day! read more

would give ZERO STARS if i could!!!! dear owner of this massage -- Please Beware of massage therapist named SARAH. this was the worst massage experience of my life and i have been to thousands (i am a massage fan and do it so often). first of all, Sarah was SOOO rude. she just gives short, curt sentences in a very rude manner and tone, also with an attitude (a Very NEGATIVE attitude that is both dismissive and just completely offensive). so lets start from the beginning -- before the massage started. when i finished using the restroom before the massage, she showed me to the room, didnt even hold the door for me, and quickly left. i undressed and laid on the massage table for literally 10 minutes -- felt even longer (may have been closer to 15 minutes). NEVER have i EVER experienced that in my life. the maximum every single massage place ever takes is 1 minutes to 5 minutes MAX. but not sarah -- she was just in the breakroom taking her time and had no consideration for me lying there and ready. after 10 minutes waiting, i got impatient and i just started saying "Hello!" and only after i yelled "Hello!!" 4 times did she finally show up at my door ready to begin the massage. The massage itself was also a horrible experience. she LEFT out of the room 3 times during the massage (all for uncomfortably long times and for all kinds of excuses like going to get towels wet in order to wipe off oil etc & taking a really long time doing that; left many times during the massage which cut into my time i paid for) and she finished about 10 mins earlier than the full hour i paid for (i checked the starting time before beginning but i didnt tell her. ending time was 10 mins short). she left 3 times AND ended 10 minutes earlier; i probably only had 30 mins+ of actual massage!!! and i paid for one hour. that is scam level. then the massage portion also did Not feel relaxing at ALL and after my massage, i was even MORE stressed out than i was before the massage (due to sarah's behavior). the massage she did -- sucked; wasnt good. and after the massage was done, she expected a huge tip (seriously, how ridiculous is this lady?) even though she just ruined my whole day and gave me the worst massage ive ever experienced. made me even more stressed than when i came. WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY. i am extremely upset. Never go here is my final recommendation. i hate lavender spa!!!! 0/10. read more

Great massage and very affordable!! Has been our go to spot for my husband and I! Highly recommend

If I could give them zero stars I would! They have changed their procedures and now demand you to pay upfront before they render services and also demand a huge tip regardless of service. I came for a deep tissue massage and the lady first said $40 for 30 min then changed it to $50 for 30 min then back to $40 .. cmon lady make up your mind !!!! I used to come here in the past and they never were like this but now some new Chinese people that barely talk English have come in and are extremely rude and impolite .. never again!!! read more

I went and got a Massage for the first time at this facility after being rear ended Wed night and feeling what I think are muscle spasms in my back. I asked for Yoyo based on reviews on Yelp and she was amazing. The place was clean and quiet, with calm music in then background, and Yoyo was professional, kind, intuitive to my back, and just all around wonderful. And it was actually less expensive than the place right across the street who I also found on Yelp but who put me on hold when I called and totally forgot about me. So it all worked out in the end. Very happy I found this place and they took me in as a walk in. Lavender Spa just made me a customer bc I'll definitely be back. read more

I had amazing experience at Lavender spa . Recommend by a friend had to try it on , shes is very good at what does n that is taking care of peoples pain , i had pain on my lower back and shoulders, she knows what look for and drills on it until the pain is gone of curse it takes a few sessions to completely take care of it , but now she got me coming back for sure she knows her stuff massage that is . The place is nice and very clean , price is good I usually do un hour highly recommend it , make sure to ask for Grace .. read more

Meh. Wasn't bad, wasn't great. I don't see myself returning. Since I did ask for more attention to a specific area, and it only got a bit more attention, and the same pressure as everywhere else, I feel like other places are better. read more

Place and ambiance are good. Place is clean & relaxing. Staff are friendly and nice. Price is reasonable but the massage was not the best. I got the combo 45-45 foot and body massage. I requested medium pressure in the beginning but it felt like it's a rub so I asked to change pressure to hard but it was still not enough pressure to relieve tension on my back. The foot massage was completely nothing... few rubs and a little pressure. The foot massage I get from getting a pedicure is much better so that was very disappointing. I didn't get the name of the masseuse but I think she's new so that may be why my experience was not great. This place is very close to my house so I was really hoping this will be great. I may give it another try and request for a different masseuse next time. read more

This is my go to spot for a massage. It is clean, easy to make an appointment, priced just right and the massages are phenomenal! I have been here a few and I never had a bad or just ok massage. They have all been amazing. This place is a must try read more

Incredible experience! Attentive staff, serene ambiance, and tailored massage left me feeling renewed. Highly recommend!

Came here first time one month ago, the therapist was friendly and more importantly, professional in doing the work. The second time last week, the therapist was friendly but not as professional as first time. The light was too bright and sound was loud so I didn't get relaxed enough throughout the session. And also client came here to relax, not to try to be talkative. Hopefully, this can be fixed and the rest are fine. read more

Great massages. I've now been a repeat customer. It feels comfy there. Only wish the tables had warmers

I was driving around the area trying to look for a place to get massage. Recently I have this soreness from long hours working in office It bothers me a lot last couple weeks. Then I found this amazing place on the Google map and got one of the best experiences there. They staffs are very humble and friendly outstanding service. Their place very clean and neath, super recommended. Definitely will be my go to in the future. read more

As a long time gym rat you know how crazy our bodies are right. I am experiencing back/neck pain problems. They helped me to feel so much better after the session I had yesterday!!One of the best places to definitely recommend. read more

Clean place and very good. I am more of a deep tissue guy, but I had a bad shoulder so I went in for a standard massage.

I passed by here the other day because lavender is my favorite flower, and I absolutely love it here. Tina was my therapist. She was really sweet and kind (she might be new?). Seemed like they changed owner recently...? She briefly mentioned about remodeling the place to be cozier and recruiting some new therapist, but she didn't mention anything specific. Looking forward to the renovated place! Thinking about being a regular here read more

I passed by this spa many times and finally I gave it a try today. It was a very good experience. My package is combo massage: 60 min full body massage & 30 min foot massage. It was so comfortable that I fell asleep. The lady was very nice and professional. I definitely would come back in the future. Highly recommended to someone like me sitting long time in the office and has tired neck and tired back :) read more

Okay experience. Two ladies kept leaving the room to answer the phone ‍ they really need to hire one person at the front to answer the phone so they don't have to leave their clients in the middle of a massage lol. My massage was interrupted repeatedly. Will not be going back. read more

I woke up with a sore, stiff neck and went to a spa for a massage, where I was met by a woman named Lili. The place was really nice and looks to be new. A really professional and respectful, friendly staff. Great prices and incredible skills. Lili is small and petite but has strong hands and good technic. She used a few different oils and hot towels. halfway through my neck was good as new and I was dozing off. She even massaged my face, ears and scalp. Literally from head to toe! I was so grateful and pleased with her work, I tipped her $100 and I will surely return. Overall, I highly recommend this place and Lili, she is the only one I have tried so far but all of the women are very attractive, and you know as well as I do, this is part of the overall experience. read more

I will no longer go here. For the last 2 months, they got new ppl working there, and they don't know what they are doing and if they do its half ass . I used to go every week . I'm so disappointed. I don't recommend anyone going anymore. I am currently looking for another spot . This is not the place to go when needing a massage . Nothing like the pictures state it would be . It's not worth it .save your money I came home today again .trying to give them another chance . I'm still in pain and not relaxed Don't recommend lavender anymore read more

I could barely move my right shoulder. Linda did a great job on my shoulder. I would definitely come back.

Just got a massage here and it was HORRIBLE. We got a couples massage yet my therapist was working on me without my husband's starting at the same time. The therapists were talking the entire time and The pressure was not relaxing at all. The cherry on top was when we were leaving we gave a $10 tip to be shared. (I would have liked to not tip at all because the experience was so bad but did so out of courtesy.) When giving the tip, my therapist was unsatisfied and implied that this was not enough to be shared. I will never be going back here, ever again. read more
