Prices were very reasonable, a massage was tailored to the amount of pressure you want! Facility, rooms and lobby all appear to be clean, neat and in order! It's ok. I went with my sister and they put us in the same room, well they kept talking then they finally went silent, but then one of them kept using her elbows to massage, my sister told her to please not use them as she was doing it to hard, she stopped but she continued, so before they actually start massaging you they kinda massage you on top of the sheet, I think to loosen up the body, and they get less tired since there's no oil involved, then the one massaging me kept going and going, while the one massaging my sister had already started with the oil, and mine hadn't even started, I think she took like 25 minutes (if not more) to actually start, we paid for 1 hour and 30 minutes, so I'm guessing they did what they did so they wouldn't get tired, but if your going to do all that they don't offer it. The next day my sister's body hurt really bad, she even had bruises (and she's not one easy to bruise, that's me) because of the elbow massages even though she told her not to. I walked in, and the owner judged us immediately trying to force us to pay before even asking us to other questions. When I told her that was extremely disrespectful. She stated that people have stolen from her before got a massage and left, but how dare she treat us like that? would give ZERO STARS if i could!!!! dear owner of this massage -- Please Beware of massage therapist named SARAH. this was the worst massage experience of my life and i have been to thousands (i am a massage fan and do it so often). first of all, Sarah was SOOO rude. she just gives short, curt sentences in a very rude manner and tone, also with an attitude (a Very NEGATIVE attitude that is both dismissive and just completely offensive). so lets start from the beginning -- before the massage started. when i finished using the restroom before the massage, she showed me to the room, didnt even hold the door for me, and quickly left. i undressed and laid on the massage table for literally 10 minutes -- felt even longer (may have been closer to 15 minutes). NEVER have i EVER experienced that in my life. the maximum every single massage place ever takes is 1 minutes to 5 minutes MAX. but not sarah -- she was just in the breakroom taking her time and had no consideration for me lying there and ready. after 10 minutes waiting, i got impatient and i just started saying "Hello!" and only after i yelled "Hello!!" 4 times did she finally show up at my door ready to begin the massage. The massage itself was also a horrible experience. she LEFT out of the room 3 times during the massage (all for uncomfortably long times and for all kinds of excuses like going to get towels wet in order to wipe off oil etc & taking a really long time doing that; left many times during the massage which cut into my time i paid for) and she finished about 10 mins earlier than the full hour i paid for (i checked the starting time before beginning but i didnt tell her. ending time was 10 mins short). she left 3 times AND ended 10 minutes earlier; i probably only had 30 mins+ of actual massage!!! and i paid for one hour. that is scam level. then the massage portion also did Not feel relaxing at ALL and after my massage, i was even MORE stressed out than i was before the massage (due to sarah's behavior). the massage she did -- sucked; wasnt good. and after the massage was done, she expected a huge tip (seriously, how ridiculous is this lady?) even though she just ruined my whole day and gave me the worst massage ive ever experienced. made me even more stressed than when i came. Came here last minute And they luckily can accommodate me. Since I live in Riverside and I gotta dog with me which is impossible to leave her in the car due to temperature, they genuinely make exception for me. The odd thing happened in this place is you are asked to pay in advance before the treatment which I was OK. Ninda was my therapist and she did magic with her machine sucking back of the skin since I told her I suffer from shoulder pain. I went and got a Massage for the first time at this facility after being rear ended Wed night and feeling what I think are muscle spasms in my back. I asked for Yoyo based on reviews on Yelp and she was amazing. The place was clean and quiet, with calm music in then background, and Yoyo was professional, kind, intuitive to my back, and just all around wonderful. And it was actually less expensive than the place right across the street who I also found on Yelp but who put me on hold when I called and totally forgot about me. So it all worked out in the end. Recommend by a friend had to try it on , shes is very good at what does n that is taking care of peoples pain , i had pain on my lower back and shoulders, she knows what look for and drills on it until the pain is gone of curse it takes a few sessions to completely take care of it , but now she got me coming back for sure she knows her stuff massage that is . Place and ambiance are good. Place is clean & relaxing. Staff are friendly and nice. Price is reasonable but the massage was not the best. I got the combo 45-45 foot and body massage. I requested medium pressure in the beginning but it felt like it's a rub so I asked to change pressure to hard but it was still not enough pressure to relieve tension on my back. The foot massage was completely nothing... few rubs and a little pressure. The foot massage I get from getting a pedicure is much better so that was very disappointing. I didn't get the name of the masseuse but I think she's new so that may be why my experience was not great. This place is very close to my house so I was really hoping this will be great. The second time last week, the therapist was friendly but not as professional as first time. The light was too bright and sound was loud so I didn't get relaxed enough throughout the session. I woke up with a sore, stiff neck and went to a spa for a massage, where I was met by a woman named Lili. The place was really nice and looks to be new. A really professional and respectful, friendly staff. Great prices and incredible skills. Lili is small and petite but has strong hands and good technic. She used a few different oils and hot towels. halfway through my neck was good as new and I was dozing off. She even massaged my face, ears and scalp. Literally from head to toe! I was so grateful and pleased with her work, I tipped her $100 and I will surely return. Overall, I highly recommend this place and Lili, she is the only one I have tried so far but all of the women are very attractive, and you know as well as I do, this is part of the overall experience. read more

Just got a massage here and it was HORRIBLE. We got a couples massage yet my therapist was working on me without my husband's starting at the same time. The therapists were talking the entire time and The pressure was not relaxing at all. The cherry on top was when we were leaving we gave a $10 tip to be shared. (I would have liked to not tip at all because the experience was so bad but did so out of courtesy.) My mother and I received a Groupon as a gift from this place for a massage. We got there and they were very happy, smiley and cordial. We had a nice massage not the best massage - we have had better for half the price in San Gabriel but anyhow their massage was fine and we ended our massage relaxed and content. However that did not last very long, we exited our room and the ladies are aligned at the door and another at the door frame. The mood had changed now and the smiley face, the cordiality and happiness were off their faces. I wondered what was happening but I gave my masseuse her tip and my mom arrived after coming out of the restroom and tipped her lady, the lady almost bit my moms head off. She threw the tip down on the counter and pointed to a paper with happy faces where it showed that the minimum tip was $15. We didn't tip $15 but we didn't tip $5 either. We tipped as we would for the service and what we would tip at a restaurant. We were surrounded now by these ladies and the relaxation of the massage was over - I started getting g upset but the language barrier did not help so I used my translator app and wrote to them. They should be happy that at this point I'm not taking the tips away after their greedy approach plus it's not an obligation to tip in California It's polite to give a tip but their approach was not polite at all. Never coming here again. Take your business somewhere else. If they don't like Groupons then don't sell them as easy as that ! read more
